6B Unit 3 Asking the way 教学设计本课是围绕Mr Smith和Yang Ling之间“问路”的对话展开各种语言活动的。重点在于学习问路中常涉及的相关用语：Can you tell me the way to…？及其答句，同时学习和问路相关的一些词汇。为此，我给本节课设定的教学目标是：
1、To enable Ss to understand and speak the words and phrases: way, get, along, street, take, stop, road…
2、To enable Ss to understand and speak the sentences: can you tell me the way to…?/ Where is the…?/How can I get to the…? Go along this street, and turn…at the…crossing, the…is on your…./ To get there faster, you can take bus NO. …
3、To arouse the Ss’s interest in English.
To achieve the aims, I designed the follow steps:
Step One: Warm-up and preview
1. Free talk between T and Ss or Ss and Ss.
(此环节是为了调动学生的积极性，同时告诉学生英语课开始了，对于这一部分，我把任务分配给班上的值日生，学生轮流着来，每天上课前带班上同学唱一首英文歌，或者是说一段chant，或者是问几个问题等等)
Step Two: Presentation
1.Ask and answer in groups.
(此环节为检查学生的预习情况，在教学新课之前，要让学生学会自己先学，自己发现问题，为此，我设计以下预习题：
一、 找出下列单词的音标并学着去读。

(把学生分成小组，然后每个小组代表一个地方，让学生用本课的重点句型对话，这是对课文内容的一个升华，是让所学的英语知识学以致用的一个过程)
