Step 1 Leading in
1. Greetings: T: Good afternoon boys and girls.S: Good afternoon Mr Fu.
T:There are many teachers in our classroom. Say good afternoon to the teachers.
T:Boys and girls ,please answer me some questions.
What is the date today ?What day is it today ?What’s the weather like today ?导入 sunny and warm
What are you doing ? 导入本课的教学目标
2. Show the teaching aims .
Look at the teaching aims.(出示课件) This is the plan for the lesson. (领读操练,解释plan )Before I give you a lesson, I need a teaching plan. And you need a learning plan, too . Right? All of us, we needa plan for study /for life ,right ? Now ,let’s talk about our plans.
Step 2 Presentation
(一) Talk about the plans.
课件出示: What are you going to do after class/after school/this evening/this weekend/tomorrow/…
I am going to …/we are going to …
1. The students ask the teacher
S: What are you going to do after class?T: I am going to have another class.
T: When you want to know someone’s plans ,you can ask...
(板书:What are you going to do…?I’m/ We’re going to ….)
2. The teacher asks the students.
What are you going to do after class ?/this weekend/this afternoon …
The boy: What is he going to do ?The girl: What is she going to do ?
(在回答的时候,要注意What is he/she going to do ?/She/ He is going to…的转换)
3. The students ask and answer each other. (在学生回答的时候,要注意What is he/she going to do ?/She/ He is going to…的转换)

(二)Play a game. Guess what is he/she going to do ?
1.课件出示问题
(1)Mrs White is thirsty.
(2)The old man bought two tickets in the Beijing Theatre just now.

(3)Liu Tao is sitting in front of the computer.解读 in front of ...

2. David is standing beside a telephone.
He is going to call someone. 导入课文的学习

(三) Learn the text
1. Listen to the tape. Try to get what they are talking about !
Some questions:
(1) What day is it today ?
(2) What is the weather like today ?
(3) Do they have school today ? 板书 have school 释义操练
(4) What are they talking about ? 板书plan
(5) They are talking about their plans. So we can say they are planning for theweekend. (点题)
2. Follow the tape and read the passage together .
3. They are talking about their plans ,Watch the cartoon and try to understand what they are plans .( 播放课文卡通片,整体呈现课文)
(1) 出示课文的第二段相关的三个问题What is Gao Shan going to do ?/ What is David going to do?/Where and when are they going to meet ?
(2)What are they going to do today ?板书 Beijing opera利用课件音效解读
Do you like Beijing opera ? Iam going to seeBeijing opera this weekend! Would you like to join us ?(板书操练) You should love it .
( 3 )Read after the tape .
(4) Read in roles.
2. They are going to see a Beijing opera on Saturday. By the way what are they going to do on Sunday ?板书by the way
T:I can swim,by the way, can you swim?(learn: by the way)
3.直接呈现课文第三段。
Read the passage and tell us!
(1)What are they going to do on Sunday ? What is David/Nancy going to do at the concert ?
(2)learn the word “concert” At the concert you can listen many music,
出示音乐,解读concert

(3) Read after the tape together.
(6) Read in roles.
Step 3 Consolidation
Gao Shan and David are busy ar the weekend! What are they going to do ?
1. Talk about Gao Shan and David’splans use your own words.

1. Listen to the tape and read after the tape at least 20 minutes.
2. Writeplans for seasons or for your favourite holidays.
