Step 1 Greeting &Warm up
1. Greeting
T: Hello, boys and girls.
S: Hello, Miss Yan.
T: Nice to meet you.
S: Nice to meet you, too.
T:Look at the screen.Do you like the animals?
Ss:Yes.
T:Which one do you like best?
(学生七嘴八舌说自己最喜爱的动物)
T:Do you want to know what’s my favourite animal?
(learn: bird) (板书bird,学新单词bird)
Step 2 Presentation and practise
( learn the new words)
T: Now boys and girls, look at the screen,what’s this ?
Ss:….
T:It’s a desk.Listen.(放单词音)Ss read after it.
T: Look, it’s a lovely bird.
Where’s the bird?
S: It’s in the …. (学习in the desk)
T:What’s that?
Ss:….
T:It’s a chair.Listen.(放椅子音)
Ss:Chair.
T: Where’s the bird now?
S: It’s on the … .(学习on the chair)
T: Good! And where is it now?
S: It’s … .(学习under,under the desk)
T:Where’s the bird?(把小鸟放在门后)
S:It’s … .(学习behind,behind the door)
T:Let’s play a game . “Angry birds”
Ss:Yes.
T:Great!Let’s start. One student asks,the other answers.
T: Next,ask and answer,with your own things.For example:rubber,pen,ruler and so on.
(抽三四组学生问答)
Step 3 Story time
1. Watch and stick
T: Here is a story about the bird. Please watch the cartoon carefully, and then stick the bird in the right places.
(看卡通视频)
T: The bird stops in many places. Now, please take out your working sheet. Let’s listen and stick the birds on the paper. Please discuss in pairs.
Who can stick the bird on the blackboard?(请四名学生上黑板贴)
(其余学生在下面四人合作完成)
T:Let’s recall that the bird flying over the place.
(和全班同学校队答案)
T:Who sticks Picture2?Oh,…’s answer is ….
T:Are you right?
2. Watch and choose
T: Let’s watch the cartoon again. Then choose where is the bird at last?
(看后找学生回答,顺带教授单词tree)
T:Yes,It’s in the tree.
3. Read the story (learn to say)
T: Let’s learn to say the story together, OK? (出第一幅图) Picture1. Let’s read it together.
S1&S2: …
T: (出示小提示:注意读出故事中人物的情绪) Let’s try again.
Beautiful means nice! (出中文意思,读beautiful和How beautiful!)
T: And Picture 2, look, where’s the bird?
S: It’s under the desk.
T: Yes. It’s under the desk.
Now who can read this?
S1: Where’s the bird?
S2: It’s under the desk.
T: OK. Now we have read the story together. Now open your books, turn to Page 24, and read the story by yourselves. (请打开书,同桌合作读一读全文)
T: Can you read it together?
Ss: Yes!
T: Good job.Can you read in roles?(分角色朗读)
(请两组同学给影片配音)
4. Tell the story
T: You did a good job. Now, look at the blackboard. (拿出小鸟的图片) Look! A bird!
S: How beautiful!
(老师将课文内容遮去一部分,带领学生一起复述)
T: Where’s the bird?
S: It’s under the desk.
T: Now, it’s …
S: Behind the door.
T: Oh, It’s not here. It’s …
S: On the chair.
T: Where’s the bird now?
S: It’s in the desk.
T: Oh, look, now it’s ….

Step5 Homework
1. 听磁带,读故事5遍以致会背
2. 用Where is …?It’s … 的句型来说说物品的位置。
3. 再搜集一些on,in,behind,under这样的介词短语,说一说。
