单元:Unit1 课题: The king’s new clothes 课时: 1 课型: 新授【教学目标】(一)知识目标1. 通过对安徒生经典童话《皇帝的新装》简化版本的学习,培养学生学习和阅读英文小故事的兴趣,促进综合运用语言的能力。2. 在故事中学习,通过学生查阅单词表、字典、猜测词义等方式听懂、会说、会读单词:king, clothes, was, were, magic,clever, foolish, walk, through, people, shout, beautiful, wear, point at, laugh。3. 学生能够运用句型:Clever people can see the clothes. Foolish people can’t seethem. The king isn’t wearing any clothes.。(二)能力目标1. 能正确理解并朗读故事内容,能在教师的引导帮助下尝试表演故事。2. 能初步运用本课所学的词汇和句型,谈论自己对《皇帝的新装》这个故事的看法。(三)情感目标1.能使学生认识到在生活中要敢于说真话,做诚实的人。【教学重点】1. 在品读故事的过程中,掌握新单词,理解故事含义。2. 在理解故事的基础上,能复述并表演故事。【教学难点】故事中大量动词过去式的理解和运用。【教学准备】教材 单词卡 挂图 录音机等【课前先学】1. Makea new ending for the story.先让学生其在组内汇报课前对新单词的预习,接着进行小组预习汇报展示,提醒其余学生倾听、评价。学生若不能准确读出clever, foolish. through和个别动词过去式的发音,可在小组汇报时进行示范、纠正,小组汇报后再进行检测。 通过学生回答第一个问题,引出Long long ago, was, were 等一般过去时的时态及动词过去式的简单介绍。 学生回答第一个问题时,liked 读音可能会出错。教师应对动词过去式读音稍作讲解,并列出几个文章中出现的过去式读音。动词过去式发音规则:1. 清辅音后读/t/,元音和浊辅音后读/d/,在/t/,/d/ 后发/Id/。 这是一道开放题,不同的学生的回答可能是不一样的,只要有道理,教师应给予肯定。教师总结出最贴近故事的回答,学习magic, clever, foolish 等词的读音和含义。 walk through 这个动词词组在读音方面学生可能掌握得不是很好,教师可以通过领读、跟读、抽读等方式加强训练。回答What did the people say?的时候,出现了感叹句 What beautiful clothes! 教师讲解英文中以What, How 所引导的感叹句的表达。结构如下:What+ a/an +adj. + 可数名词单数(+其它)!What+ adj. + 可数名词复数/不可数名词(+其它)!How+ adj. + 主语 + 动词! 开放性的问题让学生讨论关于小男孩和人们对皇帝新装的反应和言词。理解故事的深层含义,通过模仿人物的语音语调加深对课文的全面把握。 学生可能不太会用英文分享体验,教师可给出提示:I think this story is .Ilike reading it.教师可以适当地拓展单词,引导学生会读Be honest. Be yourself. 教师安排学生三人或四人一组,选择课文中的一个场景,进行拓展创编对话,也可以为故事创编一个新的结尾。
