业务学习 阶段性工作总结&反思一、 本学期以来谈谈你的备课情况
本学期沿袭上学期的备课模式,主要将前四课时重点备课,由于只要备一个年级,所以时间上相对比较充裕,平时能够以公开课的构思和要求,新时期的上课模式,行为,理念去设计教学。为了能够使课堂教学的设计精益求精,我经常上网查阅相关单元教案,试图从别人的教案中找到一些启发,灵感。由此,课堂教学变得真实生动,信息量大,环节多,学生的学习效果也非常不错。例如对6AU3的教学,我总觉得能想出零碎的点子,但是缺乏组织整个教学的构思。于是看了下牛津小学英语网上的一篇教案,非常有启发,做了简单改动后,就去一步步做课件去实践体会。
具体备课文字上,我以备详案为主,过渡句,具体做法,全部写出,当课堂教学实践结束后,教案上再用别的笔补充一些课堂生成的教学语言。写了详案感觉对自己很有提高,详案中的各个环节操作,可以保存住自己对那节课的印象,详案中的教学语言也保存了自己上课的感觉,状态。
二、 在新学期的工作中,你的课堂教学有哪些方面觉得进步的,同时感觉自己在教学上有哪些薄弱之处?有哪些针对性的措施?
进步: 1课堂教学在重点把握上又有进步,能够围绕重点设计出一些精彩的有逻辑,有联系的几个教学环节
2 教学设计围绕学生的能力发展做出多样的设计
3 课堂听说氛围营造有进步,并能分析出成因
薄弱: 在控制,驾驭英语课堂特有的节奏,对学生的有效调控能力上还有待加强。随着新时期的英语教学研究的不断发展,也随着教学对教师的要求不断提高的背景下,感觉自己的英语口语已经不能非常适应教学要求,教类似这样的普及式的小学英语教材还勉强,但是如果要去上那些承载各种专业知识,语言层次相当的内容,就感觉有压力了。从学生学的角度上讲,如果教师教学语言的输入贫乏有限,也会影响他们英语习得能力的提高,语言运用上的提升。
措施: 钻研学生心理,学习别人的先进英语课堂管理方法,不单通过课堂教学的趣味性,还要通过一些外在激励机制,以及根据学生不同情况对教学作出相应调整(坡度,有意重复)使绝大部分学生总能跟上步伐。
方向: 加强自身专业知识的发展,加强自我学习,通过看,背一些比较有针对性的语篇主题,听,看一些视听资源使自己的英语能力保持和提高一定的水准。
三、 列举部分本学期以来课堂教学中的一些精彩片段或者某些课堂教学上的成功事例
1 6AU2的月份教学中,枯燥的内容也聊的有滋有味
(1) T:What’s the seventh month of a year?
S:It’s July.
T:Do you like July?
S:No, I don’t.It’s too hot.
S1: Yes, I do. We can stay at home.
(2) T:Which month do you like?. S: I like… My birthday is in that monty

T: Can you find something in the bedroom? (课件)
S: I can find a mobile phone on the computer.
S1: I can find a CD Walkman on the bed.
S2: I can find a diary on the chair.
T: You see, They are very nice. What would you like as your birthday present? Which one will you choose.
(电脑隐去三样东西)
T:Oh, you can’t see them? Where were they? (渗透学复数,但按照对话情景,学生会报各自在哪里:The diary was on…..The CD Walkman was…..)
( Quickly: show the three things in different places: on the sofa, on the piano, in the school bag)
T:Where were they just now?S: They were….
( Learn 过去式复数句和单词were)
T:Now where are they? They are on the bookcase. But they were on different floors. The mobile phone was on the first floor. The CD Walkman was on the fourth floor….)
T: (电脑隐去三样东西后) Where were they just now? On which floor?
3 教学单位环节的精细
6AUnit2 Part. A 旁白教学
T:Look at the picture. Who can you see in it?
S: I can see Ben and ....
T: This is a new student. His name is Jim.
What else can you see from the picture?
S: I can see a cake.
T: Yes,and there are some candles on it. So I think it's a birthday cake.Can you see a number?
S:12
T:Right, and you can see Ben is blowing out the candles(肢体语言帮助理解)What does it mean?
( It means it's Ben's the 12th birthday)
So from the picture, What are they talking about probably?
S: .....(birthday )
Shall we listen to the first paragraph.
(听磁带。。。。)
T:Now, Can you tell me? Who is Jim?
S: ( He is a new student in Ben's class)
T: Yes, he is not only Ben's classmate but also his good friend.
Do you know why?
S:(Because they go home together after school)
T:Right. Ben lives near Jim. So their houses are not far from each other. They can go home togerther. In our class, I always find several students go home together. I think they can easily make friends.
(Listen again)
T:Where are they now? In whose home?
S:Jim's.
T:What are they talking about?
S: They are talking about Ben's birthday.....party.
T:Yes, boys and girls, When you mention about the birthday with your friend, What will you usually talk about?Such as...
S:........
(T:When's your birthday? birthday presents? Do you want to have a party?Who will you invite? Where will you have a party?
S:Perhaps we can have it in a Restaurant nearby.

四、 分析自己所担任英语教学工作的班级的学生英语情况(包括英语学习习惯,听说能力)
六(1)绝大部分学生语言思维活跃,肯开口,乐意发言,接受能力强,前面三年的口语基础比较不错,从十月初的一次编写对话看(bored, want to play the computer, can’t find it, was in the study just now)他们有相当一批学生能够灵活运用所学,能够运用想象力(例如修理工偷电脑,讨论可能在哪里的几个反复)去组织语言展开的去写详尽的过程)另外一些隐性习惯也很不错,例如教师示范单词发音时,同学读单词时,其他学生会跟读,动嘴巴,一句话没说顺时,会主动练嘴皮子说顺。当然,也有少数学生英语学习或思维、接受能力有问题,或原先基础,口头能力比较差等原因成绩不佳,此外该班学生在学习上缺乏些拼劲,在英语学习上还缺乏点主动性,在向高一级英语学习上还需我进一步的引导,比如,有意识的,及时的做笔记,能够定期自我复习旧知识等。另外一个新接手的平行班女生总体素质不错,但是班级总体情况不容乐观,口头表达,开口差距很明显,尤其是该班男生,其上课学习行为习惯与高年级应有的要求相差甚远,没有危机感,总之,该班的教学任重道远。
五、 新学期以来,你采取了哪些策略提高学生语言听说能力,及运用能力的?
1 营造和谐的英语课堂听说氛围,创设真实情景,使学生能够以热情饱满的姿态去学,去运用语言。
2 加强课堂教学中的多信息输入,如6AU2的月份教学中,教学语言有There are 12 months in a year, every month has its name. / Which is the fifth month of a year?/ When were you born? In our class who was born in this month? / Do you like this month / In this month we have a long holiday, but it’s very hot. The name of this month begins from letter J. // Some students don’t like this month, because they have to come back school.
另外和学生的交际做到激发学生的语言思维:如6AU1,Where can we see the sign “Be quiet!”? Which signs can we see in the park probably? 6AU3 Now Mr Ding is in the classroom with you, but 10 minutes ago, where was I, Do you know?
3 增加一定的语言阅读量巩固和内化,否则靠学生仅有的书本语言材料是远远不够的。6AU3的第二课时,复数第二课时学完后,我在课上给了学生看了不同类型的四个短篇阅读(全部围绕Be型过去式),以及做了两道对话填空,使学生更有效地,能更巩固的学习一般过去式。
(4)A:There were a lot of trees around our school 2 years ago. But now there are only about 10 trees.
B:And there was a beautiful park beside our home, but now it isn't there now.
A:Shall we grow some trees again?
针对性练习:
(1)A:_____ your brother in the kitchen?
B:No, he _____. I can't see him.
A:But he _____in it just now, beacause he _____ having supper
B:______ he in the garden?
A:Perhaps, his toy is there. Let's find him.
B:Oh, no. He _____ in the tree.
4 布置一点编写对话的作业(前文提过),给定他们大情景(需用到一般过去式),细节让他们自己发挥想象,组织语言。
六、列举自己最近在看的书目,杂志。并简要写一些自己的心得体会。
主要看英语周报(小学版),小学英语教学等杂志报刊,另外在网上也主动去找些感兴趣的教学文章,并经常去有意识找一些上海等英语教学领先地区的教学设计,文章等,想了解下他们是如何拓展的。虽然目前的论文质量上参差不齐,在教学热点上谈的不多(如如何关心学生,素质教育等非语言教学研究性的论文大量充斥)但还是有很多东西值得学习,比如文章的结构,组织,论文的语言如何精练。所以有时候看到杂志上某篇文章的题目就试着自己想想自己能写些什么,想到什么,然后再去对照着看别人写了什么,用了哪些理论,别人如何组织,还是很有收益的。
