Yes,主语+be./No,主语+be+not.e.g. Are you watching TV? e.g. Is she washing the dishes? e.g. Are they playing games?特殊疑问句：特殊疑问词+be动词（am,is,are）+主语+现在分词+......?e.g. What are you doing ? e.g. What is he doing? (3) 时间状语：a. now, these days等表示动作正在发生的名词（短语）。如：I am reading now.We are learning how to make a kite this week.b. look, listen 常用于句子开头，表示提醒听者注意正在发生的事情。如：Look at the picture, the boys are playing football.Listen, the bird is singing.c.
