一.教学内容:
Main task:
Write an article about your favourite film star.
Tasks:
Learn some important phrases and drills of the first part of the unit.

二. 重点、难点:
Comic Strips
1. Do you know who I am? 你知道我是谁吗?
who I am 是宾语从句,做know的宾语;宾语从句要用陈述句的顺序来表示,不能说成“who am I”?
eg. I don’t know where we meet.
Can you tell we how I can get there?
2. You should be more realistic. 你应该更现实点!
should “应该”,情态动词,后加动词原形。
realistic adj.“切实际的” ,所以前面要加be。
eg. We should try to help people in need.
I should be in Hollywood instead.

Welcome to the unit
1. good take 好镜头
take 在这里是名词,表示“电影镜头、电视镜头”。
take 更多地用于动词短语。
eg. take off; take care of sb. take place; take out; take one’s temperature; take back; take care (小心);take photos; etc.
2. Stand by! 做好准备!
eg. Stand by to fire 准备开火
stand by 还可以表示“支持,袖手旁观”。
eg. I’ll stand by you whatever happens. 无论发生什么我都支持你。
How can you stand by and see such danger? 对这样的危险你怎能袖手旁观?
