一个完整的教案应该包含“课后反思”，自我反思是对自己的教学行为、观念、效果，教学对象和教学过程的再思考、再审视。写教后记（Back Courting）是一种教学活动，是教案的延续。写教后记其目的是自我完善、自我超越；是教师本身积累素材，探寻良策，不断提高英语教学水平的并促进自身专业发展的最佳途径之一。在此我对牛津英语9AUnit 1的阅读课做了一个反思。因为教后记（Back Courting）是作为教案的最后一步，因此附上牛津英语9A

Brainstorm the vocabulary that is used to describe people’s characteristics. Encourage students to explain each word to their classmates.●
Read the passage aloud to students. Ask them to listen carefully and follow the text on pages 4 and 5.●
Ask one student at a time to read a paragraph, ask students to say which parts of the text they do not understand.●
Ask some questions to check understanding, using the questions on page T5.● （详见电子课件）
要尽量让学生多讲作为我们英语教师必须清楚，英语教学是语言学习的过程。语言学习不是一个推理过程，学生需要的不是论据，不是通过认真记忆和认真思考就能正确运用英语语法和成语，就能与人用英文交流的。英语教师要帮助学生形成新的语言习惯，必须把课堂还给学生，不可以和学生“抢”时间。要让学生说。要让学生置身于英语的熏陶之中，让单词、语调、句型存留在他们的记忆中。学好外语的首要条件就是接触外语，使用外语。学外语就像学游泳一样，必须泡在水中，而不是沾沾水。老师要置身于水中，而且必须把学生拖下水，而且要尽量让学生多讲。在我们的课堂上，当学生出错时，老师说得最多的就是：你没有动脑筋！你已经忘得一干二净！我给你们上课时你心不在焉！实际上我们没有意识到：学生没有学会，是由于教师只是滔滔不绝地讲述了一通，而没有教会的缘故。我们教的目的是使学生会表达会交流，因此简单的批评可以休矣，尽量让学生多讲吧。 Thanks for sharing! 要总复习了，来点复习题吧。 Thanks for sharing! 楼主辛苦了，谢谢 非常感谢
