Part A知识再现
★存现句
1.存现句的含义
存现句就是我们通常说的“There be…”句型,表示“某地客观存在有某物”。其中谓语动词be的单复数变化主要是由靠近它的那个名词决定,即“就近原则”。如果这个名词是单数,be就用单数形式;如果这个名词是复数,那么be就用复数形式。如:
There is a book and some pencils on the desk. 桌上有一本书和一些钢笔。
There are some pencils and a book on the desk. 桌上有一些铅笔和一本书。
区别:have也翻译成“有”,但它表示主观的拥有某物。如:
There are six chairs in the room. 房间里有六张椅子。
I have six chairs. 我有六张椅子。
2.存现句的构成
(1)肯定句:There be+主语+地点状语。地点状语的位置比较灵活,可位于句末,也可位于句首。如:
There is a map of China on the wall. 墙上有张中国地图。
Under the desk there is a basketball.桌下有一个篮球。
(2)否定句: There be+ not+主语+地点状语。如:
There are not any students in the classroom.教室里没有学生。
(3)一般疑问句: Be there+主语+地点状语?如:
Are there any students in the classroom? 教室里有学生吗?
Yes, there are./ No, there aren’t. 是的,有。/ 不,没有。
(4)特殊疑问句:”How many+主语+be there +地点状语?是对数量进行提问的;“What’s+地点状语?”是对物体进行提问的。如:How many students are there in your class? 你们班有多少学生?What’s in your bag? 你包里有什么?

Mr Smith is walking in the park and he is very tired. He looks round and sees a chair under a tree in the distance. He begins to walk toward the chair.
As Mr Smith is walking, he sees a man going to the chair, too. “He wants to sit on the chair. I must go quickly.” thinks Mr Smith. So he walks faster than before. Seeing Mr Smith walking faster, also the man walks in a hurry, when Mr Smith starts to run too. But Mr Smith is a little faster than the man. He reaches the chair first and quickly sits on the chair.
