3B Unit 10 Do you play…?
   
一、教学要求:
(一) 认知目标
1.能听懂、会说球类词汇football, basketball, volleyball,baseball.
2. 能听懂会说日常交际用语Do you play …?What do you play? 并能用Yes, I do./No, I don’t. I play … 作出相应回答.
3. 能听懂会说日常交际用语Let’s play….Great! Let’s go.
(二)情感目标
1. 把语言训练与实践活动融合起来,学生通过体验, 参与活动,学会与他人合作,共同完成学习任务,从而体验成功。
2. 培养学生对语言学习的持久兴趣。
3、在教学中渗透文化差异,培养学生热爱祖国的自豪感和热爱运动的情操。
(三)能力目标
培养学生运用英语进行交际的能力, 从而使学生的多元智能在交际活动中得以体现和发展。
二、教学难点: 见认知目标1、2。
三、教具准备:板书卡,篮球一个,各种球类贴纸若干,教学课件等。

Unit 1o Do you play...?
一、        Warming up:
1、        播放《倒霉熊之打篮球》片段,缓减学生上课疲劳,,激发学生学习热情。动画直接明晰本课教学对象:球,符合学生认知规律。
T: Class begins, good morning, boys and girls. How are you?Nice to meet you. Do you like cartoons? Here’s a cartoon for you. Please enjoy it.
二、        Presentation.
1、        引出本课教学:
T: Is the cartoon interesting? Do you play balls? Boys and girls, there are many ball teams in our school. Let’s have a look at my school, ok? Look, this is my school. It’s big and nice. This is a corner of the playground. After class, the students will play balls here. They like to play football, volleyball and basketball. These are the ball teams in our school. How cool! There is a Ball Club in our school, too. This class, let’s go and have a look, ok? (告诉学生老师所在学校有许多球队,介绍学校球队,学校球类俱乐部的出示又为后面“闯关进入俱乐部”教学环节埋下伏笔。)
2、        Teach :football
T: How many balls can you see?
S: Six.
T: How many balls can you see now?
S: One.
T: What’s this? Foot. What’s this? Ball. Foot and ball, we call it… Who will try?
S: Read “football” one by one. (单词板书1:football )
T: Can you spell“football”,if you are spelling the words, please write the words in the air, it can help you memorize the words.(学习小技巧)
T: Look at me and follow me. “Play football”
S: Read“Play football” (学生模仿老师踢球,边模仿边说“Play football”)
T:Let’s say a chant: “Football, football. It’s a football. / Play, play. Let’s play football!”

3、Teach: Do you play…? Yes, I do. No, I don’t.

S1: Yes.
T: I see, you can say: Yes, I do. (句型板书1“Yes, I do.”)
S1: Read “Yes, I do.”
T: Excuse me, do you play football?
S2: Yes, I do.
T: Good. If you play, you can say: Yes, I do. But if you don’t play, you can say: No, I don’t. Follow me, please. “ Do you play football?” “Yes, I do.”“ No, I don’t.”

3、        Teach: basketball
T: Excuse me, do you play football?
S1: Yes, I do. (No, I don’t. T: So, do you play basketball?)
T:You play football well, but I don’t, look, (拍几下) what do I play?
T: What’s this in English? (出示媒体一篮子)
S: It’s a basket.
T: Yes, and what’s this?
S: Ball.
T: How to read it? Who can? It’s easy to read.
S: Read “ basketball.” (单词板书2:basketball)
T: Spell the words, please.
S: Read “basketball”.

三、        Consolidation.
Game: 智力闯关(智力闯关应该是本课一亮点, 闯关的设置符合三年级学生善于挑战这一年龄特征。它不仅能有效地检测学生的学习情况,而且创设了乐学的学习氛围,真正达到让学生在学中玩,在玩中学的境界,深受学生喜爱。)

第一关:football, basketball, volleyball, baseball四个单词有什么相同点吗?这些单词也包含这样的规律,你能读出来吗?story+book=? bed+room=?你还知道哪些合成词?( 重在单词拼读规律知识点考察和词类引申,可以帮助记住单词 )
第二关:姚明打什么球?I play______.(基础常识考察。)
第三关:中国的国球是什么?(文化拓展。)

Can you do the right actions? (你能做出正确动作吗?)俱乐部有许多羽毛球器具,你会打羽毛球吗?(设计意图:肢体语言帮助学生理解记忆,枯燥、机械、乏味、抽象的单词学习转化为有趣的动作,手、脚、口、脑并用,使学生消除单词学习的疲惫。)
第五关:句型大操练。A: Good morning. B: Good morning. A: Do you play…? B: Yes, I do. / No, I don’t. A: What do you play? B: I play… A: Let’s play… B: Great! / All right. / Ok. A: But how? B: By… A: Ok, let’s go.(用闯关的方式激励学生多说,给学生创设交际的机会)
四、Activities.
