Unit6 Let's go by taxi 教案

牛津小学英语4B Unit 6 第一课时教案

学目标:(Aims)

1.Four-skill words: a station, a hospital, by train, by taxi, by plane, on foot

2.Three –skill words: a supermarket, an airport, by minibus.

3.Sentences: shall we go to …by…? All right\OK.

4.Dialogue: Part E

教学重点:(Focus)

1.       Students can read and spell the four-skill words: station, hospital, train, taxi, plane, foot.

2.       Students can use the sentences into their lives.



教学难点:(Difficulties)

Students can use the sentence structure correctly. And master the answers.



教学过程:(Process)

Step 1: Greetings:

T: Good morning, boys and girls!

S: Good morning.

T: I’m new here. Nice to meet you!

S: Nice to meet you, too.

T: How are you today?

S: Fine, thank you. And you?

T: I’m fine, too.

Ok, boys and girls, do you like songs?

Let’s sing a song together. Ok?

S: OK!

( This part we can raise students attention and speak English.)



Step 2: Presentation:
Part A:1.T: It’s a fine day! Do you want to play with me?   S: Yes.

T: Good! First, let’s go to the station. Ok?      S: OK!

T: Look at the map, this is the station. Read after me. station.

(Students read follow me.And read in groups.)

         2.T: Yes, this is the station. But how? But how do we go there? Who can tell me?

             S: By bus\car\ taxi…

(Students learn “ How do we go there?”)



          3.T: Now the minibus is coming. Let’s go to the station by minibus. Ok?

S: Ok.

(Students learn “minibus”.)

          4.T: Shall we go to the station by minibus?

            S: Yes!

T: Now you ask me, “shall we go to the station by minibus?”

S: All right.

( Students learn this sentence.)

5.       T: Oh, now I’m so hungry. I want to buy something to eat. Are you hungry?

I want to the supermarket. A lot of things are there. This is the supermarket.

Student learn “supermarket”.

T: But how do we go there? It’s late. There’s no bus, no taxi and no bike.

So on foot. Ok?

(Students learn “on foot”.)

T: Shall we go to the supermarket on foot?

S: OK./ All right.

6.       T: Oh, no, I eat too much things, I don’t feel very well.

I should go to see a doctor. Can you send me to the hospital?

S: Ok. (Students learn “hospital”.)

T: But how do we go there? Look, the taxi is coming. Shall we go by taxi?

S: All right. (Learn “ by taxi”.)

          7.   T: Ok, now I’m OK. let’s go to the station now. Let’s go the Kun Shan by train. Ok? Kun Shan is my hometown. (Learn “ by train”.)

Oh, no! It’s a long way. Let’s go by plane. (Learn “ by plane”.)

Shall we go to Kun Shan by plane? (OK.)

Now let’s go to the airport. (Learn “airport”.)

          (Students review all the new words.)

         8.   Students make dialogues as the example.

                A: Let’s go to the station. Ok?

B: Good idea.

A: But how do we go there?

B: Shall we go to the station by train?

A: All right.\Ok.



Part B:Play a game.

Part C:1.T:Now, where are we now? We are at school. Look, who are they?

            S:They’re David and Wang Bing.

T:But 1. where are they going to? That’s my first question.

2. How do they go there?

3. Can you tell me what’s the meaning of “ Are you free now?”

         2.Show parts of the dialogues.

Students listen twice. And answer the questions.

         3.Students make the similar dialogues.(Show some pictures.)



Step 3:Fun house

      Relax:sing a song.



Step 4:Consolidation
1.Who is the best guide?

2.Listening practice.

(One of the students to be a guide in the group. Choose the place and the traffic. To see whom choose the best traffic to the right places. And who can persuade people to go with him.)



Step 5:Homework
1.       Read and recite the words.

2.       Make the similar dialogue with your partner.
