5B Unit9The English Club
教学内容:B部分四个单词,C部分句型  
教学目标:  
1.能听得懂、会说、会读、会拼写单词: China , Chinese,  UK , British,  USA , American,   Japan  , Japanese.  
2.能听懂、会说、会读、会写句子:Where are you from? I’m from ….      
3.能正确地理解、掌握对话内容,运用本课所学语言进行以“询问国籍”为内容的对话交际。  
教学重难点:  
1.能正确理解、掌握对话内容,并能朗读,初步表演对话。  
2.对应掌握国家名称与国籍的单词。  
课前准备:  
多媒体课件,自制四国国旗若干。  
教学过程:  
Step1 Free talk  
T: Good morning. I like…. Do you like…?  
S1:…  
T: What’s your hobby?  
….  
T:where are you from?  
S: …  
   
Step2 Presentation  
1、T: Ok, boys and girls. Today we are going to learn “Unit9 The English Club”(领读标题)  
In my chool,there’s an English Club,too. It’s very interesting. Do you want to join the English Club? I’m new here. If you want to, you must introduce yourself to me. Eg.My name is …. I’m 22. I’m from   China  . I’m a Chinese girl. I live in Antou now. My hobby is listening to music. I like reading, too.  
Now can you introduce yourself like me?  
(课件展示句型进行自我介绍,介绍的好的颁发会员证)  
   
2、Teach:   China  , Chinese  
T: Boys and girls, I’m the member of the English Club. I’m from   China  . I’m Chinese.Where are you from?  
引出China. (板书)  
S: I’m from   China  . I’m Chinese.  
S-S操练,奖励中国小旗帜  
   
3、Teach: the   UK  , British  
(show a boy)  
T: In the English Club, I have a friend. He’s David. Do you want to make friends with him?  
S: Yes.  
T: Ok. Please listen what is he saying now?   
学生听录音,并且回答问题,引出the UK, British  
Q: How old is he?/ where is he from?/ what’s his hobby?  
S: He is 12. He’s from the   UK  . He’s British. He likes running.  
板书并领度the UK, British,学生同桌操练where is he from? He’s from…he’s…  
讲的好的学生给予奖励英国小旗帜.  
   
4、Teach: the   USA  , American  
T: I have another friend. He’s Ben. Do you have any questions?  
S: How old is he?  
T: He’s 11.  
S: where is he from …  
T: He’s from the   USA  . He’s American.   
S: what’s his hobby?  
T: he likes taking photos.  
操练the USA, American,同桌操练对话,说的好的奖励美国旗帜。  
   
5、Teach:   Japan  , Japanese  
T: Look at the girl. She is my friend in the English Club, too. She’ beautiful.  
Please guess: where is she from?只出现头部  
S:Is she Chinese?  
T: She looks like Chinese. But look at her clothes. She’s from   Japan  . She’s Japanese.  
学生读单词,并且同桌操练句型,说的好的奖日本旗帜。  
   
Step 3 Consolidation  
1.      读幻灯片上的单词,巩固单词读音和句型。  
2.      利用学生得到的奖励旗帜进行对话.告诉学生奖励的什么旗帜就是什么国家的人,没得到的就是中国人。  
T: Now I’m not Chinese. I’mJapanese. Where are you from?  
S: I’m from…I’m…  
T: Where is he/she from?  
S: He/She is from.... He/She is…  
3.      Talk about my new friend。  
T: I have a new friend in the English Club.幻灯片引出  
Who do you want to make friends with?让学生选择自己喜欢的一个人物说一段介绍性的话。  
4.      人文感受,猜城市国家  
   
Step4 Homework  
1、Copy the new words.  
2、Draw the flags of the 6 countries.
