   Make the students to love English lessons.
Ⅱ. Teaching Important Point and Difficult Point:
   1. Students can say the rhyme: I like my bike
   2. Students can use the sentence 'I like my ...' to introduce their favourite things to each other.

Sentence cards, pictures, word cards, recorder, tape

Step1. Greeting
T: Class begins.
S1: Stand up.
T: Good morning, boys and girls.
Ss: Good morning, Miss Shen.
T: Sit down, please.
Step2. Revision.
1. Free talk
a. T: Hello, what's your name?
  S1: Hi, I'm S1./ My name is S1.
  T: Nice to meet you.
  S1: Nice to meet you, too.
b. T: Hello, S2.
  S2: Hello, Miss Shen.
  T (Point to the picture of the bus on the blackboard): Is that a car?
  S2: No, it isn't.
  T: What's that?
  S2: It's a bus.
2. Revision
  Let students read the contents of Part A and B together.
Step3. Presentation
1. Teach: I like.
T: I’m very happy today. Now I’d like you to introduce your favourite things to me. You can say 'I like my ...'
  Teacher puts the sentence structure ‘I like my…’ on the blackboard, and teach it.
Pay attention to the word: “like”. Let them know the Chinese meaning.
Ask some students to read the sentence.
Read one by one.
2. Teacher makes a model: I like my book.
  Then let students try to say like this.They can use their stationery.
  (When students introduce something, teacher may points to the pattern to help students make use of ‘I like my…’)
  Group work: Introduce things to other students.
Invite some students to practice.
3. Show the picture of a bike.
a. T: What’s this?
Ss: It’s a bike.
T: Yes. My bike, my bike, I like my bike.
b. Students read the sentence for several times.
Ask some students to read.
4. Show the picture of a kite.
a. T: What’s this?
Lead in the word:a kite.
Ss: It’s a kite.
Pay attention to the letter: “i”. Let them know the Chinese meaning.
Ask some students to read the word. Then write it on the blackboard.
Read one by one.
T: Look, this is a kite.
Chant: My kite, my kite, I like my kite.
b. Students read the sentence for several times.
Ask some students to read.
5. T: So I like my bike and my kite.
  Teacher leads students to read the sentence for several times.
Pay attention to the word “and”.Read one by one.
6. Show the rhyme of Part D.
a. Let students try to read the rhyme by themselves.
b. Let students listen to the tape, and read after it.
Step4. Practice
1. Practice the reading.
a. Let students practice the rhyme by themselves.
b. Let students read the rhyme together.
c. Read the rhyme group by group, one by one.
d. Ask some students try to recite it.
2. Have a competition of saying the rhyme.
Step5. Consolidation
1.        Let students recite the rhyme in Part D together.
2.        Ask students try to make some new rhymes with the other things that they like.
Such as: a bus,a pencil.
3. Invite some students to say out the new rhymes, and have a competition.
4. Students introduce the things to other students freely in groups.
Step6. Homework
a. Listen, imitate and read the rhyme several times.
b. Say the rhyme to dad and mum.
