教学目标        1.        Be able to read and understand the meaning of the new words: a purse, perhaps, and classroom.
2.        Be able to use the phrases or sentences “over there” “Let me see.” “come here” “Not at all.” and the word “perhaps” properly.
3.        Be able to understand and read the dialogue after the tape.
4.        Encourage Ss to retell the dialogue in class or after the class.
重点难点        Key points: 1. The new word: a purse, perhaps, and classroom. 2. The usage of “Let me see.” “Not at all.” and “perhaps”. 3. Be able to read the dialogue by themselves.
Difficult points: 1. The pronunciation and the usage of the word “perhaps”. 2 Be able to retell the dialogue in class.
教学过程
Step 1 Pre-reading
1.        Is this your…? No, it isn’t. Perhaps.
Show a part of the picture on the screen.
T: Is this a panda?
S: No, it isn’t.
(Write “Is this…” and “No, it isn’t.” on the blackboard.)
T: Is this a monkey?
S: Yes, it is.
(Write “Yes, it is.” on the blackboard.)
T: Is that your panda?
S1: No, it isn’t. Is that your panda?
S2: No, it isn’t. Is that your panda?
T: No, it isn’t. Perhaps it’s Ge Danni’s.
(Write “perhaps” on the blackboard. Ask Ss to read the word one by one.)
2.        Come here.
T: Come here, Ge Danni, is this your monkey?
S: No, it isn’t. Perhaps it’s Niu jiawen’s.
  Niu jiawen, is this your monkey?
S: Yes, it is.
T: Close your eyes. Is this your pencil?
S: No, it isn’t. Perhaps, it’s…
3.        Let me see.
T: Oh, where is my purse?
(Show a picture of my purse. Write the Chinese meaning of it.女士钱包 )
S: Is this your purse、
T: Let me see. Yes, it is. Thank you.
S: Not at all.
(Write “Let me see” on the blackboard.)
4.        Show a picture of a purse.
T: What’s this?
S: It’s a purse.
T: Good. Read after me, please.
   (Write and read the word “purse” on the blackboard.)
Step 2 While-reading
1. Show a picture of part A
T: Today, we’ll learn Unit 3 A purse. They are Su Yang and Gao shan. Look,there is a purse. Whose purse is it?
2. See the movie of part A.
  T: Where is the purse?
  S: Perhaps, it’s in the playground.
  T: Whose purse is it?
  S: It’s Yang Ling’s.
  T: Where is Yang Ling?
  T: Is she in the classroom.
(Show the word “classroom” and its Chinese meaning on the blackboard.)
  Read the “classroom” one by one.
3. Let’s read after the tape.
4. Read the dialogue with the parner.
Step 3 Post-reading.
1.        Read the dialogue in roles.
2.        Try to act out the dialogue in pairs and give a performance.
Step 4 Homework.
1.        跟读课文15分钟。
2.        默写单词或词组 1+1。
3.        家长签字。
