1. T: Hello, everybody. I’m your English teacher this term. You can call me Miss Jiang. Welcome back to school.
2. T: Today is the first day of the new term. All the students are back at school.
　　Teach “the first day of the new term” “All the students”
　　T: Are you happy?  
　　T: We’re happy to see each other again.
　　Teach “each other”
T: Say together “It is the first day of the new term. All the students are back at school. We’re happy to see each other again.”
二、Presentation:
T: put sth on the desk.
　　T: what’s on the desk?
　　There is a book /… on the desk.
   There is a TV in the classroom.
　　S: Make the sentence: There is a … in the ….
　　T: There are two books on the desk.
There are some desks in the classroom.
        　　T: Lead S make the sentence: There are … in the ….
　　总结：There be 句型表示某地有什么。
        There is 跟单数名词。
        There are 跟复数名词。
2．a:. There are some toilets in our school.
　　T: Show the picture.
　　T: Look, this is a toilet.
　　T: Teach “toilet”
　　S: Read after T
　　S: Read “toilet” 正音
b. T show the picture.
　　T: Look, is this a toilet?   S: No.
　　T: It’s a garden.
　　Teach “garden”  正音
c. T: What’s this?  It’s a swing.
　　Teach “swing”  “slide”
d. Quick respond
　　T: Show the picture. S: Say the word.
e. T: Do you like sports? Yes/No.
　　I like sports. I like playing table tennis.
　　Teach “table tennis”    正音
　　T: I play table tennis in the table tennis room.
　　S: Read table tennis room
f. T: I like reading, too.
　　　I read in the reading room. Teach “reading room”
　　Quick respond.

　　T: Yes, there is. / No, there isn’t.   S: Say after T
