语法：
1.        as+形容词/副词原级+as  意为“与。。。一样”
①This tree is as tall as that one .这颗树和那颗一样高。
②Tom can draw as well as you .汤姆可以画的和你一样好
not as/ so +形容词/副词原级+as  意为“不如”
③Our school is not as big as yours .我们学校不如你们学校大。
2．try to do sth.尽力去做某事
①The monkeys tried to open the box. 猴子们尽力去开启那个箱子。
try not to do sth.尽力不要去做某事
②Try not to eat too much fast food .尽量不要吃太多快餐。
3.luckily (副词 )幸运的是   ① Luckily，I passed the driving test .幸运的是，我通过了驾驶考试。
lucky (形容词 )幸运的   ②You are really lucky. 你的确幸运。
luck (不可数名词 )幸运  ③Good luck to you with your English study.祝你英语学习走好运。
技能：
1.support 动词 支持
①I hope you can support me in this !我希望你能在这一点上支持我！
(名词) 支持  with /without one’s support 有了某人/没有某人的支持
②We couldn’t win the match without your support .
没有你们的支持我们不能赢得这场比赛。
2.take place 举行，发生 一般指非偶然事件的发生，即这种事件的发生一定有某种原因或事先的安排，如：
① When and where will the wedding take place ? 婚礼将在何时何地举行？
happen 发生，碰巧，一般指偶然或突发性事件
②Let’s go and see what is happening there .咱们去看看那儿发生什么事了。
3.cheer 加油、喝彩、欢呼，cheer for …为。。。喝彩、欢呼
①We all cheered as the team came on to the field .球队入场时我们都为之欢呼。
②The crowd cheered the President as he drove slowly by .
当总统的车缓缓经过时，群众向他欢呼致意。
③Let’s cheer for the winners . 我们为获胜者喝彩吧。
4.free  (形容词 ) 免费的
①Most museums are free for students in China .在中国.大多数博物馆免费为学生开放。
(形容词 )空闲的、自由的   ②Are you free tomorrow ?你明天有空吗？
5.keep  留着，不退还   ①How long may I keep the book ? 这本书我可以保存多久？
保持某种状态   ②Please keep quiet . 请保持安静。
       使某人/某物保持某种状态 ③We must keep our classroom clean .我们必须保持教室干净。
④保守秘密 keep the secret     ⑤饲养 They keep pigs on their farm .他们在农场养猪。
6.cost
(名词 )费用、价钱、成本 ①The cost of living now is much higher than before .现在生活费比以前高多了。
(动词) 价值多少钱；花多少钱  主语通常是物
②The bike costs 800 yuan. 这辆自行车价值800元。
③The house cost hin more than one million yuan .这座房子花了他一百多万元。
7.hope 希望  hope to do sth 希望做某事   ① I hope to see you .我希望见到你。
hope +that 从句 ,that 常省略  ②I hope( that) you will win the match .我希望你会赢得这场比赛。
③We hope Mr Wang can come to the party .我们希望王老师能来参加晚会。
