一般疑问句：

一般疑问句是疑问句的一种。它是只用yes（是）或no（否）来回答的句子

结构：Is this/ that....这是/ 那是...吗?

例：Is this/that pencil yours?
Are these/ are these.....?    这些/ 那些是.....吗?

例：Are these flowers?

通常一般疑问句的回答为：

肯定：Yes，主语+提问的be/助动词/情态动词.

否定：No，主语+提问的be/助动词/情态动词的否定形式.

on 和in用法的区别

当表示地点时：

in 的是指在物体里面，比如钉子再墙里，就要用in；

on是指在物体表面，比如“书在课桌上”是‘The book is on the desk

e.g.There are some apples on the tree.

那棵树上有几个苹果。

There’s a bird in the tree.

树上有只鸟。

on the tree在树上的东西本身是树的一部分东西（如叶子，果实）

in the tree在树上的东西属于外来物，本身不是树的一部分（如鸟，人）

where 的用法

用where开头的特殊疑问句，表示：询问某人或某物“在什么地方，在哪里”

询问某个物品在哪里时，用where is........来提问，如：

Where is the cat?

Where is the table?

如果询问某些物品在哪，则用复数形式where are.....？来提问，如：

Where are the apples?

Where are the pencils?
