通过 Free talk 复习所学过的有关活动的词组，特别是本单元A部分出现过的词组：surf the Internet, go swimming, go climbing, listen to music, go to the cinema, watch TV/ cartoons, go to the park, play on the swings, do housework, catch butterflies/ insects

B Presentation and practice
1 猜谜：猜昆虫 What are they?
(1) They are very small but they can carry big things.  (ants)
(2) They are very beautiful. They dance in the flowers.  (butterflies and dragonflies)
(3) They are very special. They glow at night.  (fireflies)
(4) They work in the flowers. They are very busy.  (bees)
(5) They have long legs. They like jumping.  (grasshoppers)
通过猜谜引出单词carry, special和glow, 教授这三个单词，并复习本单元所学昆虫单词。

2 Fill in the blanks
出示E部分图片，并介绍：
T: Here’s a boy. He likes insects very much. He wants to tell us something about the insects. Please listen carefully and fill in the blanks.

1 教师与2个学生对话
T：I like going shopping. I often go shopping at the weekends. How do you spends your weekends?

2 看到C部分的图，同桌间进行对话练习

3 请学生表演对话

4教师指着C部分最后一幅图问：
   T: How does she spend her weekends?
   S1: She often catches butterflies.
指着D部分第一幅图与一学生示范对话
   T: How does Yang Ling spend her weekends?
   S2: She often watches TV. Sometimes she reads English books.

5 同桌间用剩下的图做对话练习，并请学生表演对话。

6 教师示范谈论家人的周末活动
   T：I often go shopping at the weekends. Sometimes I go to the cinema. My mother likes watching TV. She often watches TV at home. Sometimes she goes shopping with me. My father likes fishing. He often goes fishing. My grandma often makes clothes. Sometimes she grows the flowers.

7 How do your family spend their weeks? 小组内讨论交流。然后请一些学生来说说他家人的周末活动
