介词in \on 的这样搭配还有问题？

in the street ,on the street, in the road, on the road这样的搭配都是可以的。并不是固定用in the street和on the road.越常用的介词的搭配能力越强。be in [on] the road走上...的道路;着手某事;in the street在户外, 在街上; 单独查不到on the street这个短语，但词典里的例句却很多Several Dutch families live on the street.这条街上住有几户荷兰人。cross an acquaintance on the street.在街上遇到一个熟人。It's not respectable to be drunk on the street.在大街上醉倒是不体面的。They stopped to talk when they met on the street.他们在街上相遇时，停下来聊了几句。
