书上说的是at the weekends，有许多学生说成at the weekden,对吗？

英式英语通常说at the weekend 或者 at weekends，美式英语通常说on the weekends 或者 on weekends。

介词用对就可以了，单复数都可以用的。
如：on Monday , on Mondays
