In your daily life,try to speak more English if you can say it in English.In that way,you will speak English well in your English class and your spoken English will become better and better.

I think so ,we are all  English teachers .Most of us just speak English in  class. After class ,we only speak
Chinese. For improving our English ,we should often speak English .Oral English is very important for us .

As a teacher ,we must ask our students to speak English more and more .for ourselves,we also do it more and more.
