单元教材分析：
本单元的主要内容是“辨认形状”，教学过程中应注意根据小学生的思维特点，将形状与日常生活用品结合起来。本单元主要学习句型Show us how to… . What shape is the …? It’s a ….
一、教学目标
知识目标：
1. 能听得懂、会说、会读短语an Art lesson .
2.熟练听说读三会单词：a circle, a square, a diamond, a rectangle, a triangle. a star
3.. 能听得懂、会说、会读日常交际用语或句型What shape is it? It’s a …. What shape is the …? It’s a… . Show us how to ….
技能目标：
1.能熟练听说读写句型What shape is the …? It’s a …. 并运用它说出物体的形状。
2.能熟练听说读写句型Show us how to ….并运用它要求别人表演或展示。
1.能正确说出所学形状单词，并能准确说出物体的形状。
情感目标：
1.通过学习对话激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
2.鼓励学生大胆上黑板表演、绘画和运用学过的知识。
二、教学重点
1.能熟练和标准的发好每一种图形的读音。a circle, a square, a diamond, a rectangle, a triangle, a star.

Step 1 Free talk & Revision
1.Greetings & free talk
T: Good morning, boys and girls.     How are you?  Nice to meet you.
2. Sing a song《Clap your hands 》
3. Revision（复习）
T: ok, boys and girls ,today I’m a new teacher to you .I want to introduce myself .My name is miss wang , and I like singing . Can you tell me what do you like ?
S1: I like playing the guitar .
S2: I like reading books .
T :What does she like ?
S3: She likes reading books .(本处设计主要为了引导学生复习表达爱好的句型“I like …”和表达别人的爱好：She\He likes …,也为了下文需要学生表达来引出已经学过的图形)
T: Ok, boys and girls ,I have a lovely daughter .Her name is TaoTao. (出现桃桃的照片)
Please say “Hello” to TaoTao . Now please guess ,what fruit does taotao like ?（此处先用桃桃喜欢的水果，动物来激起孩子们的兴趣，然后再引出桃桃最喜欢的图形，复习上节课的句型和单词）
T: Can you guess what shapes does she like ?
S: She likes stars .
T:TaoTao likes stars . What shapes do you like ?
S: I like …(用熟悉的句型来复习已经学过的句型)
（展示图形）
T: What shape is it ?
S:It’s a …(展示句型，板书，拼写单词)
Step 2 Presentation
T: Boys and girls ,tobay miss wang doesn't want to teach you english . I want to teach you how to draw some pictures . Please guess what lesson is it tobay?
S: It’s an Art lesson .
(板书，新授)
T: I have a good friend .Her name is Nancy .(拿出一张小女孩的图片，贴在黑板上。) Please guess what is she doing ? (复习现在进行时)
S: She is …
(让学生自己猜，引出 fly a kite ,板书)
T : She is flying a kite . Can you draw a kite ?(教如何画一个风筝)
（教师在黑板上画一个正方形的风筝）
T: What shape is the kite ?
S: It’s a square .
T: Can you draw a square kite ?
(让学生用铅笔蜡笔在已经准备好的纸上画一个正方形的风筝)
Work in pairs : ( 第一次小组活动，用句型What shape is your kite ? It’s a square .来询问对方的风筝是什么形状和表达自己的文凭是什么形状。)
（拿出一个球）
T: Nancy has a ball. What shape is the ball ?
S: It’s a circle .
T: Can you draw a circle ? Let me show you .(教学画圆形)
T: Now have you learned how to draw a circle ? I want a student to come to the blackboard ,and show us how to draw a circle .(板书句型 Show us how to …)
(请一个同学到黑板前来画一个圆形，可以多请几个。)
T: Ok , boy and girls , you have done a good job . Can you draw some circles on your paper ?(让学生自己在纸上画一些圆形)
T: (把黑板上的圆形连起来，变成一个风筝)
What’s this ?
S: It’s a kite ,too.
T: What shape is the kite ?
S: It’s a circle ,too.
T: Ok ,boys and girls, can you draw a circle now ?
Can you draw some other shapes by yourselves now ?
(鼓励学生自己学会用其他的图形来画一些风筝。)
Work in pairs : ( 第二次小组活动，用句型来询问和回答，涉及到各个图形)
2.  Background.
T: Your pictures are all very good.
Today, Miss Li and her students are having an Art lesson, too. Listen to the tape and answer my questions ::
1.What lesson are they having ?
2.What is  the boy doing ?
3.What does the boy have ? What shape is it ?
4.Can LiuTao draw a circle ?
5.Can you find some shapes in daily life?
(设计问题来理解课文，听过听力后，老师领读课文，并讲解课文中比较难的单词、短剧、句型)
Step3 consolidation .
展示一些生活中的物品，鼓励学生用 The … is a … .
Step 4 : homework:
•用已经学过的句型像同学或家长介绍自己的物品是什么图形。
•用不同的图形画一幅自己最喜欢的画。

教学反思：
本节课主要是将学生带入到学习画图形的美术课中。设计情境，让学生在动手、动眼、动脑中学会如何用图形画自己学会的物品。最主要的是将课本上的内容搬到现实生活中，简化了课文的学习难度。学生在课堂上变现的非常好，主动与老师配合，小组活动进行的也很好。
