一、 教学目标与要求：
1． 能听懂、会说、会读单词：wallet, teapot, hairdryer, calculator, skateboard。
2． 能听懂、会说、会读名词性物主代词mine, yours, his, hers, ours，

并让学生感受其用法。
3． 能正确理解并能体验句型Who is it/are they from? It’s/They’re from…的使用语境。
4． 能正确理解、掌握对话的内容，并能有感情的朗读对话。
5． 引导学生在学习对话的过程中感受如何谈论物品的归属，并让学生体验西方国家送礼与受礼的风俗习惯，帮助学生拓展文化视野，增强跨文化意识。
二、 教学重点、难点：
1． 重点：能听懂、会说、会读本课词汇，初步理解运用本课句型，能正确理解、掌握对话的内容并能流利的朗读对话。
2． 难点：单词hairdryer, calculator, skateboard的读音；有感情的朗读对话并适当拓展。
三、 教学准备：
多媒体课件，单词卡片，练习纸。
四、 教学过程：
Step1.Warming-up.
1. Sing a song: We wish you a Merry Christmas.
2. Greetings.
Step2.Free talk.
T: What day is it today?
S: It’s …
T:What date is it today?
S: It’s the 16th of October.
T:What date is that day?(12 月25日)
S: It’s the 25th of December.
(出示圣诞老人和圣诞树)
T:Is it Children’s Day?
S: No, it’s Christmas.
T: I like Christmas very much, because I can get presents.

Do you like Christmas?
S: Yes,we do.
T: OK. Today we are going to learn Unit7 At Christmas.(揭题)
Step3.Presentation.
T: Last Christmas, my family got a lot of presents.

Here are some presents. Let me show you. OK?
Ss: OK!
1.T: Wow, a beautiful wallet. It’s my wallet. It’s mine. I usually put money in it.I like the colour very much.
呈现新词：wallet
T: The wallet is mine. It’s not yours.Yes?
Ss: Yes.

T:My mother gave me the wallet, so it’s from my mother.(板书：It’s from…)
2.T: Look at this teapot. It’s very beautiful. We can use it to drink tea. But it’s not mine. It’s my father’s. It’s his.

the Christmas tree. They’re so beautiful. Whose presents are they? Are they yours？
Ss: No, they aren’t.
T: Yes,they’re not yours and they’re not mine. They’re not ours. They’re Jim’s family’s. They’re theirs.

2.T:Jim’s family got a lot of Christmas presents. Were they excited?
(出示Jim的家庭场景图)
  Ss: Yes,they were.
  T: Look at the picture. How many people are there in Jim’s family? Who are they?
  S: There are five. They’re Jim’s grandparents, Jim’s parents and Jim.
T: Where were they? What did they talk about?Please guess!
  S: I think they were …They talked about…
  T: Are they right? Please look, listen and answer the questions.

Step5.Text comprehension.
1.T: Jim’s family were in his grandparents’ house. After lunch,

they opened their presents under the Christmas tree.

And they talked about the presents. What presents have they got? Let’s watch the video!(看金太阳动画一遍)

  Ss:They have got a watch/a wallet/a teapot and some tea/

a calculator/a hairdryer / skateboard.

2. They’ve got a lot of presents, but whose watch/wallet is it? Let’s watch the video again.
