⑴能听懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词a shape, a square, a star, a rectangle, , a circle, a triangle, a diamond。

⑶初步感知歌谣Twinkle, twinkle, little star
三、教学重点难点
让学生熟练掌握正方形、长方形、圆形、三角形、五角星6种图形的表达方法,及询问图形及其回答方法。
能够标准的发好每一种图形的读音。

Step1:Greetings
T:Good afternoon ,boys and girls.
S:Good afternoon ,Miss Qian.

Step2 :Warm up
T : Let's enjoy an English song 《twinkle,twinkle,little star》
【设计思路】课前播放一段与本节课有关的歌曲《twinkle,twinkle,little star》,既活跃了课堂气氛,也消除了他们的紧张感,激发了学生的兴趣。
Step3:Presentation
导入课题
T: Oh! Do you like this song ?
S: Yes ,we do!
T: Do you like cartoons ?
S: Yes, we do!
T: Great! I will give you a wonderful cartoon!
CAI: 播放《story of shapes》,帮助学生理解单词。
  相机教学shape 这一单词, 生读,揭示课题。
T: Let's watch it now!
【设计思路】故事永远是孩子们的最爱,故事中不断出现形状的词汇,多媒体课件将声音、形象和情节有机结合,将孩子们带入多彩有趣的故事世界,自然的感知新的语言,学生在听故事的过程中自然完成了对四种形状的感知。

教学单词、句型
T: Just now, we watched the cartoon . And we know there are some shapes in the cartoon . This time ,let's watch it again ,you should tell me the name of the shapes!
CAI: 播放动画《story of shapes》
看一段动画教一个单词
CAI:shirt  skirt  first 音标归类
T: Who can read this word ?
S: circle 生读
T: 出示一个圆形
   Look , it's a circle .

practice: 让学生拿着自己剪的圆形说 It's a circle .
T: 出示两个圆形
   Look , they're ...

同法教学单词 a rectangle , a star , a square
在教第三个单词开始口语渗透句型:What shape is it ?
教第四个单词时教句型:What shape is it ?(它是什么形状?)

拿出准备好的图形
Ss--S1 : What shape is it ?
        It's a ...
G1-G2-G3-G4 : What shape is it?  It's a ...
2) 折纸游戏,教单词 a diamond , a triangle
出示一张长方形纸
T:  What shape is it?
S:  It's a rectangle .
再把纸折成一个正方形   
T:  What shape is it?
S:  It's a square .
把纸对折
T:Now ,I fold it .What shape is it now? Can you guess?
S: It's a ..., I think .
猜对表扬。
T: Yes , it's a triangle .
teach: a triangle

拿出三角形图形
T-S1-S2-S3...: What shape is it?
             It's a triangle .
T: Boys and girls ,how many triangles can you see ?
S: I can see two / one / three/...(渗透How many ... can you see ?这个句型 )
在三角形上剪一刀
T: Now, I cut it . Look carefully! What shape is it now? Can you guess?
S: It's a ...
T: 公布答案 Look ,it's a square .
在得到的图形上再剪一刀
T: What shape is it now? Can you guess?
S: Perhaps it's a ...
对猜对的学生表扬,猜不对的就公布答案
T: OK ,let's open it and have a look!

出示一个菱形图形
T-G1-G2-G3-G4: What shape is it?
                It's a diamond .
【设计思路】:教师通过折叠将矩形折叠成正方形,再将正方形折叠成三角形,将三角形剪裁变成菱形,学生通过观察教师的演示得到一个信息:形状是相互联系的,是可以变化的,形状不是一成不变的。

巩固单词句型
1)Play a game : What's missing ?
2)Pair work: What shape is it?
           It's a ... , I think .
  CAI出示一些半遮图片,这样避免了明知故问,学生操练时兴趣也会更加浓厚 。
3) chant
T: Boys and girls , let's say a chant, OK?
Chant : Shape,shape ,what shape?
       Square,square ,it's a square.
       Shape,shape ,what shape?
       Circle , circle , it's a circle.
       Shape,shape ,what shape?
       Rectangle , rectangle , it's a rectangle.
四人小组自编 chant

【设计思路】:自编chant既活跃了课堂气氛,巩固单词和句型,更培养了学生的自主创新能力,一举两得。
Step4: Consolidation
1)T:Just now ,we learnt some shapes ,and I think ,in our life ,we can see them everywhere.
CAI : 出示一些生活中的物品
T: Look at this picture, what's this in English?
S: It's a cake .
T: What shape is the cake ?
S: It's a circle .
teach: What shape is the ...?
T: Who can use this sentence to ask me ? Picture 2?
S: Miss Qian , what shape is the purse ?
T : It's a rectangle .
Pair work: What shape is the ...?
          It's a ...
【设计思路】生活是语言学习的重要特征。语言离不开生活。引导学生观察生活是学生能力培养的一项重要内容。本活动帮助孩子们将抽象的形状形象化,将形象的物体抽象化,让孩子们以新的视角观察熟悉的生活,发现生活中新的内容,同时将语言融入生活,有利于学生抽象思维能力的发展。
2)CAI :出示一些凌乱的图形
T: Point and ask
   What shape is it ?
S: It's a circle / diamond / rectangle / square / ...
T: How many ....s can you see?
S: I can see ...
teach: How many ...s can you see?
      I can see ...
移动图形,变成了一只鸟和一只兔子
T: Oh, what can you see now ?
S : I can see a bird and a rabbit .
T: Is it nice?
S: Yes !
T: Thank you !
3) CAI 出示两幅用各种形状拼成的图形,学生操练句型:
Pair work: How many ... s can you see ? I can see ...
4)Exercise: Look and complete:
Look,this is a robot (机器人). There are many        on it.    What

Check the answer.
Read after the teacher.
5)T: Now, it's your turn to make some pictures and introudce to us.
同桌两人一起合作利用各种图形拼成一副作品。

6)Enjoy a song《twinkle,twinkle,little star》
【设计思路】学生刚刚经过紧张的动手操作和语言表达环节,已经有些疲劳,这时适时播放一首歌曲,可以放松学生的心情。
Step5: Homework:
1、听录音,学读小诗《twinkle,twinkle,little star》
2、用所学的图形画一幅画,并写一段描写作品的话。
