用in hospital 和in the hospita差不多吧l

at school 侧重指在（学校）上学．
at the school/in the school 区别不大．只是表示＂在学校＂．
in hospital 表示（病人）＂在住院＂．
in the hospital 只是表示＂在医院＂．
