四、教学步骤:
1 出示课件,介绍深圳风光
T: Good morning, everyone. I’m from Shenzhen. Shenzhen is a beautiful city. Now follow me. Let’s visit Shenzhen. In Shenzhen there’s famous avenue. It’s called Shennan Avenue. How beautiful it is! Along this avenue we go to Window of the world and Splendid China. Now we’re in Happy Valley. All the children love it. But do you know what’s the favourite place of my son? Yes! It’s Safari Park Shenzhen! In here he can see all kinds of the animals. Today I’m here. Xinjiang is also a wonderful place. Look! The desert is boundless. The poplars are so tall. And the Mount Tianshan is so magical. But my favourite place is the pastureland. In Tainshan Pasture we can see many animals, too. Do you like animals? What animals do you know? OK! Let’s talk about animals today.
2自由谈论,温故知新
Give the children a few minutes to say out the names of the animals they know.
T: Yes. There are all kinds of animals in the world. And you know so many animals. Well done! All right, I’ll take you to a place. You can see some animals there.
3创设情境,学习新知
1) T: Now, let’s go to Ali Baba’s farm. Here we are! Where are the animals? Let’s find them out, OK? ( Play the ppt to help children to learn the new words.)
2) T: What can you hear?
P1: I can hear a bird. (Read it.)
T: Is this a bird? ( Hold the picture and ask.)
Ps: Yes!
Y: Can you make a sentence?
( Do the same with the other words. Put the six animal pictures on the board.)
3) T: ( e.g.) Do you like the bird?
P1: Yes/No.
The following are the process of the patterns teaching.
4 任务呈现,合作学习
1) T: Oh, everyone likes different animal. Now let’s choose the popular animal in Ali Baba’ farm. Look! Just like this. ( Make a model.) Now it’s your turn. Group work.
2) A few minutes for the pupils to finish the form.
3) Make a summary.
5 拓展创新,发展能力
1) T: You’ve chosen the animal star. But do you know what animal I like most? I have a riddle of this animal. Please guess. ( Play the ppt.)
2) Make a new animal riddle by the children.
3) Talk about the picture.
五:教学后记及反思
这节课是根据新疆水磨沟区邵逸夫小学四年级学生的英语能力而设计的。以小学生喜爱和熟悉的农场动物为教学和学习目标,通过介绍深圳,引出话题; 生活引入,唤起经验;
创设情境,学习新知; 任务呈现,合作学习和拓展创新,发展能力等五个环节的设计,引领学生一步步地学习并掌握pig, dog, horse, bird, sheep, cow and camel等七个单词以及Do you like the bird? Yes, I do. No, I don’t. I like …句型。让学生从兴趣出发,从生活出发,在真实的情境中学习。更为重要的是培养了学生的合作及创新能力。
通过展示新疆风景和动物的幻灯片,一下子拉进了学生与深圳的距离,起到了很好的效果。而教师以平等的身份参与到学生的小组活动,更体现了和谐、良好的师生关系。 |
