教学内容: 上海版Oxford English 4A (M2U3) Find my friends
执教: 宁波万里国际学校小学部  Miss Little
Teaching aims:
Knowledge aims:
1 Learn the new words and phrases: wizard ,broomstick ,a pair of glasses
2 Learn the sentences: My frien’s a boy/girl.  He/She’s a ….
What’s she/he like? She/He’s…. She /He likes….
3  Go over the words:  long short tall big small  cool brave
Ability aims:
1  Pupils can listen say read the passage and words.
2  Pupils can use the sentences in the dialogues.
Emotion aims:
1  Let the pupils like English.
2  Educate the pupils to love friends.

Difficult and main points:
1  Pupils can listen say read the passage and words.
2  Pupils can use the sentences in the dialogues

Teaching aids:
some objects ,cards,photos,envelope, and CAI

Teaching procedures:
1.    Warm up
a. Greetings(师生间问候将学生带入英语氛围。)
b.Sing a song: My friends(唱一首歌,引出课题,练习听力,复习旧单词。)
2.Review some words:
T: I have some words here,let’s read them together,OK?
Ss:Ok.(老师呈现树叶状单词卡,学生边看边说。) active,clever,brave,smart, honest…(这些卡片还要用于教师对学生的评价)
3.Play a game (say the opposite words or sentences)
T:(指着卡片)These are good words. Do you want to get it? Then let's play a game first. (say the opposite words or sentences)
T:long
SS: short
T: small
Ss: Big
T: She’s a girl.
Ss: He’s a boy.
T: She’s not a good girl.
Ss: She’s a good girl
…(全班共青团员25个学生,分成5组围坐,哪个小组答的好,教师将树叶形卡片贴在他们组,以示表扬,这种评价方式将贯穿整节课)
4.Presentation and practice
a.T: I have a friend .Do you have a friend? Who’s your friend?
S: My friend is Andy.
T: What’s Andy like?
S : He’s tall.
T: Where is he from?
S: he is from Wenzhou.
(教师与另两个学生对话,相同的提问,同上)
b:T:Boys and girls,can you introduce your friend like this?
  My friend is a _______
He/She’s________
He /She has_________ hair.
He’s/She’s from________
He …/She…(小组里展开对话,介绍自己的朋友)

c.T:You all have friends, I have a friend too. Listen, how old is he?
(Task1,听录音,答题。)
(1)    How old is he?    He’s eleven.
(2)    What’s he like?  
He’s cool and brave.He has a pair of glasses.(引出教学)
(3)    Where’s he from?  He’s from the UK.
  
  
d.T: Let’s listen again.(Task 2 Listen and choose)

(教师手持卡片从like flying引出一系列动名字的复习:reading,dancing,singing,running…随机把单词卡放入一位学生手里,此组学生说出reading,reading,He likes reading…复习完毕,课件中选项消失,只呈现以上1、2、3句子,学生齐读。)
e.CAI:呈现课文
  (1)学生自己读(2)个别读(3)齐读
  读毕,课件呈现picture:Who’s he?
T: Who’s he?
S1: He’s a wizard.
S2: He’s Harry Potter.
T: Yes,look, He has a …
Ss: A pai of glasses./ A broomstick.

f.CAI:呈现图片以及关键字,让学生试着复述.(try to intriduce Harry Potter)
(1)小组说(2)全班说
g.T: Harry Potter has two friends. One is …(以手势示意自己)
Ss: Miss Little.
T: The other one is…
Ss: Linda.
T:Linda? Maybe, Let’s see.
CAI呈现柯楠的图片
T: How old is he?
Ss: He’s seven.
T: He has…(呈现他所带的眼镜)
Ss: He has a pair of glasses.
T:Where is he from?
Ss: He’s from Japan.
T:He likes…(呈现他手中的足球)
Ss: He likes playing football.
T: Who’s he.
Ss: He is Conan!
(此环节巩固课文中词汇和句型,为接下来的活动铺垫)
h. T: We know Conan is in Japan, so he couldn’t be Harry’s friend.Right?
  Ss: Yes.
T: Who’s your friend? Guess.(CAI呈现本班学生照片,请一两位学生上前背对屏幕来猜,其余学生用所学语言作提示)
She’s / He’s a girl/boy. She’s/He’s 11/12… She/He has…
She’s/ He’s from…. She /He likes…
i.    Discuss, write,and say.(打开每组发到的信封,每个信封中有一张学生熟悉的照片,他们都有可能是Harry Potter 的朋友,请学生根据照片讨论,完成练习,并说说照片。)
j.Harry’s friend.(听Harry 说到底谁才是自己的朋友)
  Harry: My friend is a young man. He is clever and strict. He has a pair of glasses. He can drive a car. He likes reading books…
T: Who’s Harry’s friend?
Ss: Mr Zhen!(学生们的数学老师)
T: 屏幕上呈现经过处理制作成的数学老师Mr Zhen和哈理.波特并肩战斗的图
Ss: 学生开怀的笑起来。
T: Let’s read it together.(课件呈现Mr Zhen的资料)
Ss:学生大声齐读。

k.CAI呈现谚语 A life without a friend is a life without the sun.
T: 生活中没有朋友就像生活缺少太阳一样 Friends are very important, we all need friends in our life!
5.Homework:
(1) Write about your friend.
(2) Collect one proverb of friendship.

听课反思:
以上是我赴宁波万里国际学校小学部听的一节课,虽然教材与我们的不同,但上课的理念以及一些方式方法是一样的。下面我就这节课谈谈自己的听课反思。执教老师Miss Little对这节课的理解和设计较为新颖独特。在本课的教学过程中,她利用该课课文为学生创设了较为真实的情境,设计了丰富多彩的教学活动,给我留下了深刻的印象。她的课有如下特点:
1,    注意学生学习兴趣的培养。本课的主题是Find my friend,所以这节课几乎就在“find” “guess”到底谁是哈里波特的朋友,使学生一直处于猜的状态,学生的注意力一直集中在课堂教学上。课的最后呈现哈里波特的朋友居然是学生们的数学老师时,学生更是乐开了怀,课堂气氛更显得民主融洽。
2,    注意由简单到难,学生的学习具有一定的梯度性。老师在热身活动中,先领学生唱my friend这首歌,紧扣主题,复习了相关单词,这为下一步活动提供了基础,复习的同时也为下个活动作了铺垫,一举两得。
3,    注重创设真实自然的情境,激发学生参与。情境教学是小学英语教学的一个基本原则,在本课教学中,老师从班上选出几个特征显著的学生,让同学们分别说出他们的特征,让另一些同学来“find the friends”,极大地调动了学生“说”的积极性。
4,    注重新颖的评价方式。全班25个学生,分成5组,老师在黑板上贴上五个花盆分别代表五个组,为表现好的小组贴上树叶状单词卡,卡片上有active(活跃) clever(聪明) smart(帅气) honest(真诚)等词,哪组获树叶最多即获胜。一方面激励、表扬了学生,另一方面也促进了小组成员之间的合作交流,提高了学生的参与活动的积极性。
5,    注重挖掘课文中的情意因素,围绕主题,通过谚语来培养学生珍爱自己的朋友。
