V. Procedures:
Step 1 Free talk:
1. T: What’s in the box?
Ss: It’s his/ her…
T: What colour is it?
Ss: It’s …
2. T: Where is my/her/his/your…? (Where’re….?)
Ss: Look, Here it is. (Here they are.)
Step 2 Speaking
1. Ask the students with a school thing.
Model: What colour is it? Whose… is it?
Help them to answer with “my, your, his, her, its, our, your and their.”
2. Get the students to practise the dialogue like this.
A: Is this your pen?
B: No, it isn’t.
A: Whose pen is it?
B: It’s his pen.
Get the students to practise the plural forms.
3. Read after the tape about “Whose… is it? Then get them to practise in pairs.
Step 3 Grammar
1. Get the Ss to look at the pictures and write down the answers. Check the answers with the students.
2. Let the students read and practise the dialogue
3. Do Ex1 in the additional paper
Step 4 Task
1. Get the students to read the passage and repeat it without reading the words.
2. Say sth about their own clothes in their pictures
3. Choose a classmate to introduce his/ her clothes, and get the other students to guess who he/she is.
Step5 Pronunciation
1. Write the following on the blackboard and get the students to match them.

2. Let the students to choose the words in the books and write down the answers
3. Check the answers and get them to read by themselves.
