T: Boys and girls.Do you remember this day?August eight 2008?(图片出示)2008 Olympic Games is helded in BeiJing.Do you know what is Olympic logo?They’re Olympic rings.What colou are they?
Ss:They are blue,black,red,yellow and green.Each colou represented an island.
Blue is Europe , black is Afriac ,red is Americas , yellow is Asia, green is Oceania.
Step2 Presentation
一. 学习单词a circl
1. 接上一步,教师点击幻灯片中的奥运五环,随即一个圆形画出来,教师提问What shape is it ?(手持小卡片,中英对照)
2. 点击单词a circl,让学生听原音,并用以前学过的单词,a bird,a girl加强a circl的发音。

1.课件出示一个圆形,教师问:“What shape is it ?”
教学句子What shape is it ? 着重单词shape的发音并出示其他单词进行比较。shape plate table
2.师生对话,在对话过程中进一步掌握单词a circle

3. T:Who went to Tian An Square? Is it beautiful? What shape is it?
Ss: It’s a square.
4. 小组接龙操练句子和单词。

1. T:Look at me ,what shape is it now?(将一个正方形模型拉伸成一个菱形)
It’s a diamond.

五.学习单词a rectangle
