4、了解西方国家万圣节的一些习俗。

教学过程:
一、 Greetings.
1、Freetalk.
T:Hello,X Xx,your…is nice./Look at his/her…Ss:It’s smart/nice/pretty…
2、T: Hello,…I have a new friend. He’s a boy.
He’s three.
His hair is short .
His eyes are small .
His ears are big .
Guess: Who’s he?
(设计意图:动画形象胡图图的出现,一下子就吸引了学生的注意力,有助于创设轻松、活泼的课堂氛围,让学生消除紧张心理,建立融洽的师生关系。)
2、T:How about you ?(引导学生进行自我介绍,重点区别is 、are。)
My name is ...
I’m …
My hair is ...( long /short )
My eyes are ...( big /small )
My ears are ...( big /small )
I like ...( apples / watermelons ...)
二、 Presentation
1、 展示万圣节图片
(设计意图:万圣节是西方国家的节日,对于中国孩子来说比较陌生。通过媒体展现一系列相关图片,让学生对异国文化有初步的了解,同时培养学生学习英语的兴趣。)
T : Boys and girls ,Tutu is here today.He has a question “Do you know Halloween?” Look, it’s on the 31st of October. People usually dress up in costumes and go to Halloween parties.
2、T:Look! Tutu’s family is going to the Halloween party. They bought many things in the boxes.One of them is for the Halloween party. Let’s open them and have o look.
(Open the first box.)
T: What can you see in the box? Ss:I can see…(复习部分旧单词sweater,jacket,tie,学习新单词scarf.)
(设计意图:媒体呈现学生所学过的一系列服装名词,学生们能边复习巩固旧知,边通过单词语音教学中以旧带新的方法学会新单词,目的是充分调动起学生的求知欲,让学生自己感觉学习并不是很困难的事,自然就有了参与到学习中来的热情。)
3.Practice
A:Look at the …
B:It’s …(nice/pretty/cool/smart)
Make a dialogue.
A:Hello …

4、T: Whose sweater is it? 新授whose (由单词who的发音引出。)
S:It’s Tutu’s.
T: Oh,I see.(Practice)
5、Say a chant.
6、教师展示另外一个盒子A: What are they? B: They're ...s.(引出新单词jeans.)强调单词they的复数含义。
7、通过A: Whose … are they? B: They’re …'s.再次进入对话训练。
A: Hello, ....
B: Hello, ....
A:Look at the…
B:They’re nice/pretty/smart.
A:: Whose ... are they?
B They're ...'s.
8、Say a chant.
9、(出示刚出现的所有的衣物)The clothes are missing their home.Can you help them?(利用白板直接拖动把衣物按照单复数送回家,同时操练A:Whose ... is it/are they?
B: It’s/They're ...'s.
10、(打开最后一个盒子)Look at the clothes.They’re for the Halloween party.Let’s dress up for Tutu’s family.
引出A:Look at the ...
B:It's/They're too big/small/long/short...
A&B:He/She looks so funny. (新授单词funny,拓展a funny boy/a funny festival ) (设计意图:这一环节我充分利用了白板教学的优势——将服装图片拖动到“图图”一家人身上,让学生们对服装的评价too big、long…变得直观形象,易于学生理解。)
三、Consolidation
T:Su Hai and Su Yang are going to the party,too. (出示课文,引导学生观看动画,并完成练习。)
(设计意图:英语课堂教学中应以努力培养学生的听说能力,所以我在这一环节安排了本单元对话的动画,一方面让学生感受真实的节日氛围,另一方面让他们对本堂课所学内容有一个整体的感悟。)
四、 Homework.
