3、能听得懂、会说、会读日常交际用语 This one is from Grandma. Open it for me, please. Who are they from? They are from Grandma. You’re welcome.
4、能初步感悟重点句型Whose … is it/are they? It’s/They’re mine/yours/his/hers/ours.
5、能够简单地复述课文。

  T:On Christmas Day , Jim’s family were in Jim’s grandparents’ house. They were talking about Chrismas . Now , let’s watch the cartoon and try to find what presents are they talking about .
(1) Watch the cartoon.
(2) Check out the answers.
3. Read the text freely.
  (1) Question: Who are the presents for?
  (2) Check out the answers(put the family pictures on the correct order).
4. Read the text again.
  (1) Question : Who are the presents from?
  (2) Check out.
5. Present “Everybody was very excited.”
  T: They all got their presents . So everybody was very excited.(板书)

教学反思：
本单元话题是“谈论物品的归属”，通过Jim一家在圣诞节互赠礼物这一情景引出主要的内容，即名词性物主代词。通过本课的学习，要求学生能在一定的情景是正确使用名词性物主代词，理解名词性物主代词与形容词性物主代词的区别，更重要的是结合学生的实际生活，创造生动活泼的情景，引导学生在使用中记忆和巩固。　　
在本节课中，我从Free Talk开始谈起，复习前两个单元所学的节日，接着由“What holiday is coming?”很自然的引入新课,引出本课标题：Unit 7 At Christmas.并通过What do you know about Christmas?自然而然地引出课文中的圣诞礼物，学习新单词。
在课文学习时，我让学生有充分的阅读时间，每次都让他们带着问题去自由读课文，小组合作解决难题，实现了任务型的教学，体现了学生的自主性。
通过本节课的学习，学生能按要求四会掌握本课的词汇和句型，在具体操练中，也能结合自己的实际，真正把英语运用到日常生活中去。在导入、新授、操练、等活动中，学生能积极参与教学当中，能集中注意力，保持很高的热情，积极与他人配合，运用所学英语知识进行表达和交流，听、说、读等方面的能力都有了一定程度的提高。
但是，在高年级的教学中，应该是听说读写多方面的结合，本节课的教学中缺少了写的训练，在以后的备课中我会对这个问题加以重视。
