六.教学过程
Step 1: Free talk
A rhyme: Fly, fly a kite .(多媒体出示各种形状的风筝。)
Step 2: Presentation (New words)
1. 由fly a kite引出课题Unit 9 Shapes(学生齐读,个别读)
2. 新授单词a circle,(出示一个圆形风筝)
T: What shape is the kite?
S: (帮助学生回答)It’s a circle. 圆形(学生齐读,个别读,并且板书)
3. 同法教授a rectangle, a square
4. Play a game: Think and guess.
先出现a circle, a rectangle, a square三个图形,再用三副图遮住,让学生猜一猜Which is it?
5. 新授单词a rectangle.通过音效的效果来出现三角形。(增加学生的好奇心)
(学生齐读,个别读,并且板书。)
6. 同法教授a star, a diamond.
7. Let’s have a chant.
Star , star. The star is a star.
Diamond , diamond. The rubber is a diamond.
Triangle , triangle. The ruler is a triangle.
Shapes , shapes. We like shapes.
8. Read the new words together. (教师指着单词,学生齐读。)
9. Play a game: 翻牌游戏
教师把单词做成牌的形状,箭头指向哪个牌,这张牌就快速的自己翻过来,要求学生可以直接站起来快速抢答。
Step 3: New sentence drills
1. Learn to say:
出示句型:What shape is the _____?
It’s a ______.
利用多媒体出现一本书,教师引导填入单词:book, rectangle
2. Ask and answer:
A: What shape is the…?
B: It’s a ….
出示六副图要求学生作操练,并且对答案。
3. Fill in the blanks.
1) What _____ is the _____? It’s a ______.
2) What _____ is the _____? It’s a ______.
3) What _____ is the _____? It’s a ______.
4) What _____ is the _____? It’s a ______.
5) What _____ is the _____? It’s a ______.
6) What _____ is the _____? It’s a ______.
通过多媒体出示答案.
Step 4: practice
1. T: Yesterday, I bought a robot.(多媒体出示一个robot)Is it lively?
Boys and girls, do you know how many circles/rectangles/stars…are there?
S: (引导学生回答)There are two/three/four….
2. 出示句型:How many…are there?
There are ….
3. practice: (自己动手画一个由这些形状组成的图形,然后操练句型)

There are ….
4. Can you draw?
1) 五星红旗
2) 方块2
Step 5: Homework:
1) Copy the new words.
