(the second period—Part A)
Teaching  Aims: 1、词汇:children, hill, show,以及B部分词汇
                             2、句型:What do you / they have? I / We / You / They have…
                                 What does he / she have? He / She has… (四会)
                                 Look, …and … are coming. Great! (三会)
Important:        四会词汇和句型
Different:        理解have和has的区别以及掌握其用法
Teaching Process:
Step1: T: OK, class. Shall we begin our English lesson now?
Ss: OK.
   T: What day is it today?
Ss: It’s Monday.
   T: Good. Would you please tell me, what date is it today?
Ss: It’s the 6th of December.
  T: Good! And what’s the weather like today?
Ss: It’s cloudy / sunny.
   T: It’s a fine day for a camping trip. Right?
     teach: a camping trip
Ss learn the topic.
Step2:
1、T: Look, they’re having a camping trip.
     let’s have a camping trip like them, OK?
   T: Let’s go! ~~~~ Wait, wait, wait. We can’t go camping without
anything. We need some things for our trip.
Let me see if you’re ready for our camping trip.
Boys and girls, are you ready? (事先把图片发给学生)
Ss: We are ready!
2、T: What do you have?
S1: I have…
S2: I have…
T: What do you have?
     What do you have?
     let the Ss ask S2&3: What do you have?
S3: I have…S2&3: We have…
S2&3: We have…and …
T: What do they have? (point to S2&3)
     (板书句型)
Ss: They have…and…
Ss practice the sentences.
3、Chant
   T: let’s have a chant, OK? Ss: OK. Ss say the chant together.
T: Can you make a new chant? Ss make a new chant and practice.
4、T(points to the S who says the chant):
    What does he have?
   teach: does, has
What does he / she have? He / She has….
Ss: He has
Ss learn the words & sentences.
Ss practice.
5、Chant again
   T: let’s have a chant again, OK?
   T: Look at the pictures, can you make a new chant?
Ss: OK. Ss say the chant together.
Ss make a new chant and practice.
6、Learning tips
   T: Please look at the table, can you understand it?
   T: When the subject is I or you or we or they…, we say ….
     When the subject is he or she or it…, we say ….
Ss look at it and learn it.
Step3: T: Let’s have a rest. Please enjoy the song《What do you have》.
Ss enjoy the song.
Step4:
一、读前
1、T: Do you like the song? Look! They have many things.
     They are having a camping trip, too.
     Would you like to go and join them?
Ss: Great!
T: Let’s have a look what they have. OK?
     So let’s go to learn the text: Unit 8 A camping trip
Ss: OK!
Ss read: Unit 8 A camping trip
2、T: First, what do want to know from the topic?
     Would you like to ask some question like ‘Wh-‘?
   Ss: OK!
Ss read: Unit 8 A camping trip
Ss try to ask:
Who? Where? What?
二、读中
1、Task1: Listen and answer
   T: Good. We have three questions about the topic.
     Let’s listen to the first passage and try to find the answer, OK?
   T: Who are they?
     Where are they?
     What are they doing there?
Ss: OK.
Ss listen to the first passage.
Ss: They’re …(C).
Ss: They’re at a camping site.(A)
Ss: They’re showing…(C).
T: Good job! Boys and girls! How do you know the answer?
     Please tell me, OK?

   T: Now, please read the first passage together.
Ss learn to say.

2、Task 2: Watch and tick
  T: We know the children and their teachers are having a camping trip.
     And do you know who are the children and their teachers?
     Let’s watch the cartoon and try to find the answers, OK?
   (play the cartoon of the text)
   T: Now, can you tick the person?
Ss watch the cartoon.
Ss tick them.

3、Task 3: Read and find
   T: Good job! So many children are at the camping site.
     I think they have many interesting things, right?
     Would you like to have a look?
Ss: Yes.
This time, I’d like you to read the dialogue by yourselves.
     Find the children and their things.
     Please circle the people and underline their things.
   T practices with Ss.
Ss read the dialogue, and do it.
Ss practice.
4、Task 4: Read the dialogue
   T: Well, it’s time to read the dialogue.
When you read after it, please follow the intonations.
Ss read after it.
5、Task 5: Read and judge
T: Do you remember the dialogue? Now, I’d like to test your memories.
   T: Here are six sentences. Can you read it loudly and judge?
Ss read them and judge.
三、读后
1、Task 6: Retell the dialogue
    T: Well, the children have so many things.
Do you remember them?
     Let’s try to retell the dialogue. OK?
Ss try to retell the dialogue.
2、Task7: Fill in the blanks
   T: OK, boys and girls. It’s time to do some exercise.
     Read the passage and fill in the blanks by yourselves. OK?
   T checks the answer with Ss, and read it together.
Ss do the exercise.
Step 5
1、T: Well, today we have learned the dialogue of Unit 8.
     What can we learn from this lesson?
   T: 当我们想要知道对方有什么东西时,可以这样回答:

   T: Though we have many nice things,
I think we should learn to share. Can you?
Ss answer them.

2、Let’s write!
   T: Well, boys and girls. So much for the dialogue.
Look at the picture. What are they doing?

   T: Please look at the picture, talk about with your partner what they have, then try to complete the dialogue on your paper.
Ss complete the dialogue on the paper.
