目标        1说歌谣 Mango。

Step 1 Revision:
1 free talk
Hello, I’m …
Hi, I’m… what’s your name?
How are you?
Good morning.
Nice to meet you.
2 listen and respond
Clap your hands
Stomp your feet
Shout ‘hurray’
3 songs
T: let’s sing a song.
If you are happy
Angel’s watching over me.
Step 2 presentation
Take out a banana, ask : is this a banana?
Is this a mango? Is this a pencil?
Let the Ss answer with yes, it is. Or No, it isn’t.
Then show a picture of peach. Ask the Ss: can you ask any questions about this? Please use is this a …
Get some students to ask questions. The teacher answers. Then get one student asks ,one student answers.
Step 3 draw and ask
T: draw a mango on your paper.
Then pair work. Ask questions about the mango.after they’ve practiced for several minutes, Get some pairs to demonstrate before class.
Step 4 say a rhyme
Show two students’ picture drawing of mango. Ask is this a banana? Is this a peach? Is this a mango?
Then say mango mango, I love you.
(yummy,yummy,myummy)
One for Tommy, one for Joe.
Give the two pictures to another two students.
Do again by the same way.
Play the flash of Part C ,say a rhyme
Listen and rhyme for three times.then read aloud it together.
Let the boys and girls have a competition.
Step 5 presentation
Take out a book. Ask questions about it such as is this a bag? Is this a pencil box? Is this a book?let the Ss answer. Then ask one student to lift his pencil, and ask one question about it.the other students answer.
Step 6 Drill
Let one student lift his bag and ask questions.
Next, ask him to greet the others first,then ask questions.eg,
Hello! I’m Su Hai. Is this a bag?
Step 7 drill
Let one student make a gesture of one animal,eg, a cow ,a duck, a pig, a cat, a dog. The other student ask is this a …?
Give points to them for their work.
Step 8 workbook
Look and guess.
先观察图片,然后引导学生用is this a ..?提问。当学生判断正确时,教师可引导其他学生用yes, it is.回答。如果学生判断错误,引导其他学生用no, it isn’t. 来表达。
