在英语中形容词的 比较级有三个等级：原级、比较级、最高级，我们原来所学的都是原级，今天我们学的是形容词的比较级。表示二者的比较时用比较级，形容词从原级变为比较级的方法有5种：
1、        大部分形容词词尾直接加er
2、        以e结尾的形容词词尾，只加r
3、        辅音字母加y结尾的形容词词尾，把y变i，再加er
4、        一个元音字母加一个辅音字母结尾的形容词，则双写最后一个字母，再加er   
表示形容词的的比较级的句子结构为
主语+ be +  形容词比较级 than + 宾语
