3.Listen to a song “My family”，know the words of it.

  tape-recorder  pictures  cards family photo and so on

2. Revision
T presents the cards of father, mother, brother, sister and play the game “Magic eyes”.
Step 2  Presentation and practice
     1. T：Hello, I’m ….
This is my mother.(Teacher show the family photo)
2. Ss introduce their family members.
Ss: This is my…
T：Who’s he?
S1: He’s my…(Ss read after teacher)
T: Who’s she?
S2: She’s my…(Ss read after teacher)
Ss use this sentence pattern to practice in pairs
3. Ss listen to the tape and read after it.
4. Ss imitate the tone of the dialogue and act it out.   
5. Ask Ss to use“grandmother, uncle…”to introduce their family photo.
6. Sing a song
Ss listen to the song “My family”, know the words of it and try to understand it.
7. Do the exercises at page1,3,4of work book.
A. Listen and circle
Ss look at the pictures carefully , listen to the tape and circle.
C. Look, find and colour
Find the letters and colour them.
D. Look and say
  Look at the pictures and say the sentences.
