教材简析:本课为4A Unit 9 A 部分表示感觉的话题教学。
教学目标:
(1)能听懂、会说、会读单词: thirsty, hungry, tired, ill
(2)能听懂、会说、会读、会写: What’s the matter ? I’m thirsty. Here’s a bottle of water.
教学过程:

教学新句型:What’s the matter? I’m tired.
1.(电脑屏幕出现郊游画面)
Say a rhyme: Bright day, sunny day.
We are happy today.
Let’s go and play.
Near the bay.
T:(老师身着一套运动装) Nice to see you ,boys and girls. I’m happy with you.
Look, it’s fine today. Let’s go out, OK?
T: Boys and girls, do like this. Follow me.
Let’s run. Let’s climb. Let’s play volleyball. Let’s play basketball.
Let’s play ping-pong.
S: OK.(学生跟着老师做各种运动)
T:(老师用肢体语言)I’m tired now. I’m thirsty. I’m hungry.
S:(学生运动后真的累)I’m tired.
老师边做累的样子,边反复说I’m tired. 学生模仿老师边做边说:I’m tired. 这时, 老师乘机走到一个学生面前问:
T: What’s the matter, WangHong.
S: I’m tired.(老师仍做累的样子,用动作提示学生回答)
T: Have a break , please.
T: What’s the matter? Wu Dong?
S2: I’m thirsty.
T: Have some orange juice, please.
S2: Thank you. Miss Hu.……
呈现新句型,板书 What’s the matter, ? I’m tired./ thirsty/ hungry./ ill.
[设计意图:呈现是教师在教学中把学生引入兴趣大门,产生学习欲望的重要一步。为引出 What’s the matter? I’m tired.我运用3A,3B中已学过的有关体育运动的单词,带着学生一起做运动,学生很喜欢活动,这充分调动了学生兴趣,学生经过大运动量后,确是感到累,渴……各种感觉都产出,他能体会到 tired,tirsty.……这就是新课程中,要求我们创设真实的情景活动,在活动中让学生体验,感受,新知,从而能真正理解,运用英语知识。]
二.学生活动
(在游戏比赛活动中练习)
猜一猜:将学生分成四组,每组派一名代表上台,面朝同学们,电脑屏幕出现各种人物的表情。全班一起问:What’s the matter? 上面四个学生分别猜,猜对了,该组得10分,最后评比哪组得分最高,就是优胜小组。
S: What’s the matter?
S1: I’m tired.
S: Sorry, you’re wrong. / Yes, you’re right.
〔设计意图:课堂侧重言语活动,即以对话为主,体现英语教学为培养学生为交际而运用语言的能力的思想。选用最常用的功能意念项目,由浅入深,由简到繁,组成真实情景,让学生模仿,表达思想,把动耳、动口、动眼、动手及动脑结合起来,动用多种感官去整体感知,逐渐培养学生的语言习惯和表达能力。练习是学生运用所学语言表达实际的一种训练。在这一教学环节中,教师应逐渐减少对学生的控制,让学生试着独立操作语言。〕
三.自主交流
教完新的语言点,教师对学生说T:Boys and girls, you can invite your good friends and play games, if you feel tired, thirsty, hungry and so on. You may have a break, have some food, drink ,some juice.
S:(学生走下座位)Shall we go to Hongmei Park, OK?
S2: Good idea.
S1: Let’s play football.
S2: OK.
S1: Let’s play ping pong.
S2:(做很渴的样子)
S1:What’s the matter, Xiang Hong?
S2: I’m thirsty.
S1: Here’s a bottle of water, please
S2:(喝水)Thank you very much.
[设计意图:英语本身是一种实践性很强的语言。课堂教学中要竭力为学生提供真实或逼真的言语交际情景,把整个教学过程搞成近乎实际的交际活动,让学生发挥主动性、创造性,学以致用,学生在活动中通过思考、交流、合作等方式,学习和使用英语,完成学习任务,在自由活动中,学生能学会灵活应变,学会创造,学会独立学习,而且,在交际和角色表演的活动中,由于学生有了极大的自我支配权,教师的权威性被淡化。教给学生独立学习的技巧。最终提高学生实际语言运用能力,发展用英语解决实际问题。] |
