S: 猜测大意。

T: Good. 我们可以根据课题或者插图猜测文章内容。

T: Let’s look at this picture. Do you have any questions? Here are some key words for you.

S: Who are they? Where are they? What date is it today? What are they doing? What are they talking?

T: Great. And I have two questions too. Let’s listen to the first part and try to find the answers.

S: Listen.

T: So Today is the 8th of October.

T: Here are some new words for you. Early means not late, in Chinese?

S: 早的

T: Before class意思和after class意思相反。

S: 课前。

T: You’ve done a good job. Let’s read this part after the tape. Pay attention to these marks. (出示语调的标志)

S: Read.

T: Great. While listening, you can use these marks then you can read beautifully.

②课文部分：

T: Helen and Nancy are talking on the playground. What they are talking about?

S: They are talking about their holidays.

T: How did they spend their holiday? What did Nancy do last week? What did Helen do last week? Let’s come to Step two. What is step two?

S: 浏览大意

T: OK. Read the dialogue quickly and try to find the answer. Here is a tip for you.

T: What did Nancy do last week?

S: She watched a film.

T: What did Helen do last week?

S: She visited a farm.

T: When did Nancy watch the film? Who did Helen visit the farm with?

S: Read after the teacher.

③ 总结课文部分

T: OK. After three steps, we know how Nancy and Helen spent their holidays. What are the three steps?

T: So here comes step four. What’s that?

T: Good before we get a summary. Let’s listen and read the whole dialogue again. Try to remember what Nancy and Helen did. While listening, don't forget to use the marks. （各种语音符号）

T: Let’s read the dialogue together. (注意一些句子，内容一样，但是重音不同，强调的意思也不同)

T: OK, let's make a summary of part A. Let’s finish exercise three.
