教学目标：

1. 学生能听懂，会说，会读和会写单词theatre, supermarket, plane, train, bike, car, bus, minibus，taxi.

2. 学生能听懂，会说，会读和会写句型Shall we go to …by…? All right./ OK.

3. 在生活化、情趣化、真实化的课堂下，能够主动表达自我情感，建立学习的自信心。

教学准备：

句型卡，印有交通工具与地点的“车票”，课件

教学过程

Step1. Warming-up

1.      Greeting

Good morning./ How are you?

Nice to see you.

(尽量使用多种句型与学生交流。)

2.    Revision

Introduce Mickey and Minnie to the Ss.

Mickey and Minnie: Let’s go to Hongkong.

T: How do we go there?

Review:By car/bus/plane/bike.

Step2. Presentation and practice

1. Learn:by taxi,by minibus,on foot

(1)Guessing game: （PPT播放几种交通工具的声音）

Ss guess what it is.

Learn the new phrases.

PPT呈现bus与minibus，通过两者比较来学习minibus.

(2)Reading them by different ways.  

(3)Say a rhyme.

Train, train, go by train
Plane, plane, go by plane
Minibus, minibus, go by minibus
Foot, foot, go on foot

Ss act and say it.

2. Learn: Shall we go to … by…? OK/ All right. A station,a library…etc.

(1)Solving the problem: How do we go to Hongkong?

Learn two words: an airport, a station. New sentence pattern: Shall we go to … by…? OK/ All right.

(2)Make a short dialogue

Pair work.

(3)Show a map of Hongkong.

T:There’re some signs on the map. Please guess what place it is.

Ss discuess and guess.

Learn the new words: a supermarket, a theatre, a library and a hospital.

(4) Use the pattern to practice with their partners.

(5)Read the six words by different ways, pay attention to the pronunciation.

(6)play a game: Magic eyes.

Give Ss some tickets as prizes,

Step3. Consolidation

1．(PPT呈现一张地图)

T:You can choose the vehicle and place you like.Now go with your partner.Non’t forget use: Shall we go to … by…? OK/ All right.

Ss group work.

2.Finish textbook part C.

3.Make a plan for the weekend.

T:Use the tickets to invite your friends.You can walk freely in the class.
Step4. Homework

1. Listen to the tape and read after it.

2. Copy the new words

3. Make a plan for May Day holiday.

Step 5.Blackboard designing

                     Unit6 Let’s go by taxi

           A: Let’s go to the…
