其中Part D 教There is no ...in/on...
最后一张图：桌子上没有刀叉。
教师用书：There is no knife and fork on the table.
但是又看到有参考书说否定句中应该用or,如：There is no air or water on the moon.
那么，这个句子应当何种表达为佳？
A：There is no knife and fork on the table.
B：There is no knife or fork on the table.

这个问题还没研究到呢，的确也没有想到啊，学生会追究吗
不追究就算了吧

两个句子都是对的，但是侧重的不一样。
把刀和叉当做餐具，作为一个整体，可以说There is no knife and fork on the table.
如果强调的是物体本身，单个论，可以说There is no knife or fork on the table.指”既没有····也没有····“。

四年级没有这个要求，现在讲过早了点。

应该是OR吧，因为是否定句中的用法。

目前没接触到这样的问题，但我觉得两句话意思有所不同

最近找到：
并列结构中，or常用于否定句，and用于肯定句。
但有时and 也可用于否定句。请注意其不同特点：
There is no air or water in the moon.  
There is no air and no water on the moon.
在否定中并列结构用or 连接，
但含有两个否定词的句子实际被看作是肯定结构，因此要用and。

个人认为应该教孩子对的东西，第一次接触语言的印象特别深刻，因此要慎重~
