Period1
一.教学目标
1.理解Story time部分内容,能够模仿朗读。
2.掌握单词basketball, football,
3. 能听懂、会说、会读、会运用句型I can.... Can you...? Yes, I can. No, I can’t. Can he/she/...? Yes, he /she can. No, he/she can’t.
4. 能理解play basketball very well. Have a try.
5. 能够运用Nice! Cool! Great!赞美词。
6. 培养孩子的运动意识。
二.教学重难点
1. 能够理解Story time部分内容,能够模仿朗读。
2. 能掌握单词basketball, football, 3. 能听懂、会说、会读、会运用句型I can.... Can you...? Yes, I can. No, I can’t. Can he/she/...? Yes, he /she can. No, he/she can’t.
4. 能理解play basketball very well. Have a try.

四.教学过程:
Step1 warming up
1.watch a flash about “What sports do you play?”
Step2:New lesson:
1.        T:There are many balls in the song,Our school will have a ball club,Let’s go and join them,OK?
S:OK
T:Look at the application,here are four balls,  依次学习四种球类名称,贴板书。
2.齐读四种球类名称,并用I can play 造句。
3.(出示自己的报名表)pless guess,what can I play?
You can ask me “Can you play…”
(学生用此句型来询问老师会玩什么,在老师的回答过程中顺势教授Yes,I can.No,I can’t.
Summary:I can play table tennis and basketball,today,we’ll learn Unit4 I can play basketball

T:What about you (ask S2)
Make a dialogue :Can you play…?
               Yes,I can./No,.I can’t.
5.T:CanYaoming play basketball?
  S:Yes,He can.
  T:Look !(播放姚明图片)。He can play basketball very well.
6.出示图片T:Look,the students want to join the club,who are thery?
S:They are Liu Tao,WangBing,Mike.
T: Which club will they go?
A:Basketball Club
B:Football Club
7T:Can they play basketball?Let’s watch the video.
8.Q1Can Wang Bing play basketball?
  S:Yes,he can.
  T:Why,can you tell me the key sentence.
  S:Yes ,I can.
Q2: Can Mike play basketball?(询问方法同上,学生基本能回答出关键句)。
(追加问题):Can Mike play basketball very well?
S:Yes, he can.
9.T:What about WangBing,
自读课文并用      can/can’t 选择填空
At first(刚开始), he _____play basketball,
But at last (最后), He_____ play basketball,
10.T:When Wangbing can’t play basketball,what did Liu Tao say?-----Have a try!
Choose: Have a try!
A:加油!
B:试一试!

根据你所填信息回答问题
(老师用Can you play…?向学生提问,学生根据报名表上的信息,同时向其它学生提问Can he/she play…?)。
3.Show time:
Rules(活动规则):
Use “Can you play…?”to guess what can your friends play.
用“Can you play…?”来猜你的朋友会玩什么?
第一次就猜中的同学可以得到一颗星!
4. Do more exercise,
          you’ll be healthy.
多做运动,有益健康。
Step4omework
Listen and read the story, try to recite it
   听读模仿,尝试背诵

小组内表演故事,下节课继续表演吆
