一、     教学内容

   Unit4 Then and now  Sound time&Cartoon time

二、教学目标

1、阅读并理解Cartoon time的内容，学会表演,明白Cartoon time 的幽默之处。

2.理解并能掌握词汇：go on, spell, make a sentence, look out of, wait for, get angry, yesterday.

3、了解并体会字母组合er在单词中的发音

4、在前两课的基础上会正确并熟练对比以前和过去

三、教学重点难点

1、阅读并理解Cartoon time的内容，学会表演,

2. 能正确掌握动词过去式的不规则变化及读音。

3.理解并能掌握词汇：go on, spell, make a sentence, look out of, wait for, get angry, yesterday

五、教 学 过 程

Step1：Warming-up

T: What did you do yesteday /last weekend?

S:I +动词过去式 …

T:What do you often do at weekends？

S:I +动词原形…

Step2 Revision

1.     复习已经学过的动词过去式

T: 幻灯片出示动词原形eat, get, take, write, buy, make, flew…

Ss: 抢答或指读说出其过去形式，并拼出单词

2. Fill in the blanks ( 8句练习)

3.Retell the text 看图及文字提示复述课文

a、Introduce myself. （Make and say）

b、Introduce themselves.

c、Introduce Clothes 、Food、House and Transportation about the past and the present.

Step3: Presentation  ：Sound time

1）Talk and lead-in： Bobby and Sam also learn English at school. This is an English lesson.

Ask: What are they doing now?

2)Try to read the sentences;

3)Explain :er is pronounced as ---

4)Try to say some other words about “er”

5)Read the words together ,then make some new sentences with the words.  

Step4 Presentation :Cartoon time

1.     Watch the cartoon and answer the two questions

a.     What lesson was it?

b.What did Bobby do?

2.Watch the cartoon again, then answer :Miss Fox gets angry. Why?

Read together and judge.

3. Read alone and answer: What do you think of Sam and Bobby?

Listen and repeat.

4. Part1

When Bobby looked out of the window, what did Miss Fox say at first（首先）? Does it work?（管用吗？）

So what did Miss Fox do next?

What questions were they?

Could Bobby answer the questions?

(学习词汇go on 继续，spell拼读，拼写)

Part2

When Bobby talked to Sam, what did Miss Fox feel?

What did Miss Fox say?

Could Sam answer the question?

Miss Fox waited for the answer, how did Bobby help Sam?

(学习词汇wait for 等待，angry生气，get angry变得生气

，make a sentence造句， with 用，yesterday 昨天）

5. Think and imagine: If you were Miss Fox, what would you say?

6. Read in roles and try to act.

Guess : What are Bobby and Sam talking about?

Step6: Homework

1、Read the dialogue with expression and try to recite it.

2.Dictate the words.

3.. Finish the exercise.
