a letter for me和a letter to my penfriend,到底用to还是for?

我觉得用法好像差不多多:o

还是不太清楚，书上there's a letter for me.  能改为to 吗

<P>for和to的含义是不同的。我的理解是：</P>
<P><FONT color=red><STRONG>用"for"表示信件已经寄出</STRONG></FONT>，到了收信人或代表收信人一方处，如：（学校门卫）Here's a letter for you, Miss …/ (转手) Here's a letter for you, David./ (自己发现)Oh, here's a letter for me. </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=red>用“to"表示信件还未寄出</FONT></STRONG>，在写信人一方，如：I'm writing a letter to my penfriend. This is a letter to my penfriend.</P>
