<font style="text-decoration: underline; font-weight: bold; font-family: 黑体;" size="5"><span style="color: Blue;">成功之处</span></font>：<br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">1．        做到了尽可能地用英语组织课堂。</span>例如：Could you introduce your deskmate to me?让学生运用This is……句型向老师介绍自己的同桌。尽管该句型学生没有学过，但能通过我的手势明白了我的意思。看来，体态语在英语课堂上很适用。<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">&nbsp;2．        新授知识的提前渗透起到了不错的效果。</span>在平时的教学中，我会要求学生做到每天坚持认真听录音，养成通过听录音复习、预习的习惯。找出自己在预习过程中碰到的难题，并做明标记，以待上课时作为自己的听课重点。 <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在预习的过程中，学生能基本掌握简单句型Go to bed,Goodbye,See you,OK等，这样就降低了学习难度，一方面，很好地掌握了所学内容，另一方面良好的学习效果也进一步增强了他的英语学习兴趣。<br><br>&nbsp;<span style="text-decoration: underline;">3．        和谐、平等的师生关系</span>。课堂中的“微笑”起到了关键作用。低年级学生活泼好动，注意力不易集中，在唱歌曲《Hi,Nancy》时我提示学生露出可爱的笑脸，寓教于乐。此外，在纠正学生发音时，“微笑”着耐心指导拉进了师生关系，让学生在轻松的氛围中掌握所学新知。<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">&nbsp;4．        朗读指导到位。</span>在学生读书时我要求学生不仅要能听到自己的读书声，而且要能够听到同桌的读书声，朗读反馈效果较好。<br><br><font style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline; font-family: 黑体;" size="5"><span style="color: Red;">&nbsp;需改进之处</span></font>：
<br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">1．        教学过程中不能只是一味地想着自己的教学流程，而忽视了每一个学生上课时的注意力是否集中。</span>因为是公开课，心中难免有些紧张。正因为如此，少数调皮捣蛋的孩子没能关注到，为今后补差增加了压力。这就需要在今后备课中做到不仅备教材，而且要备学生，尤其是后进生。<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">&nbsp;2．        尽量运用多媒体教学，但不能是“花架子”</span>。毫无疑问，多媒体教学能一下子调动学生的英语学习激情，尤其是低年级。要让学生在愉快中有所收获。
<br><br>3．<span style="text-decoration: underline;">        要继续保持大方、自然的教学风格。</span>
