A、 Listen, read and say教学设计
灌南县实验小学 朱敏
一、教学内容:A、 Listen, read and say
二、教学目标:
1、知识目标:
1)、四会内容::birthday, date,
2)、三会内容:Octor, August, May, when, present, as, What date is it today? It’s …
When’s your birthday? My birthday’s on …What would you like as a birthday present? I’d like …
3)、能正确运用对话中出现的日常交际用语:My birthday’s coming. Would you like to come to my birthday party? Would you like a VCD of Japanese cartoon, too? Let’s wait and see.
2、技能目标:
1)、能正确理解、掌握A部分的对话内容,能朗读、初步表演对话。
2)、学生能用英语进行交际,了解家人和同学的生日。
3、情感目标:
引导学生积极参与唱歌、表演、对话等活动,激发兴趣, 养成动脑、动手的好习惯。同时培养学生热爱学习,团结协作,关心他人的精神。
三、教学重、难点:
1、听懂、会说句型:What date is it today? It’s …  When’s your birthday? My birthday’s on …What would you like as a birthday present? I’d like …
2、能正确理解和掌握所学的对话内容,并能流利朗读。
四、教学准备:
教师准备:课件、一些小礼物(yo-yo球、生日卡片、动画片光碟)、
磁带、日期卡片
学生准备:会唱生日歌、写好自己生日的卡片。
五、教学过程:
Step 1  Free talk:
T: What day is it today? S1: It’s Tuesday.
T: What does this/that mean?    S2: It means …
T: What is this?     S3: It’s …(yo-yo)
T: Can you sing English songs?   S4: Yes, I can.
T: What can you sing?  S4: I can sing…
T: OK, boys and girls, can you the song” Happy birthday to you”?
Ss: Yes, we can.
T: Let’s sing it together.OK?
Sing the song and show the word: birthday. Then talk about “birthday”: a birthday party, birthday presents. (板书单词: birthday, 多媒体呈现词组:a birthday party, birthday presents)
Steo 2  Presentation and practice:
1.Teach : May, October, August, date, What date is it today? It’s… (the 16th of October)
A: T:(出示日期5、17):My birthday is on the 17th of May. 重复句子两遍,并教学单词May. 学生跟读单词和日期词组。
B:T: (出示当天日期:5、20)What date is it today, do you know? 帮助学生回答:It’s the 20th of May. 学生学习单词:date. 并了解询问日期以及其表达方法。
C: 教学月份单词:October, August.并呈现其它月份单词,让学生简单了解。
D:教师出示几个日期,学生操练:What date is it? It’s…(以五月、十月、八月为主)
2、Teach: When’s your birthday? My birthday’s on…
T:My birthday’s on the 17th of May. Whose birthday is in May? Hands up,please.
  And whose birthday is in October?
生日在这几个月份的同学下自己的生日,集体操练句型:When’s your birthday? My birthday’s on…
Step 3 Listen, read and say
1、        Teach shows the pictures of Ben and Jim, and ask; Who’re they?
Ss: Ben and Jim.
T: Listen to the tape and answer the questions: 1)、What is Ben doing?
2)、What are they talking about?
Students listen and learn.
2、Listen to the dialogue, and answer the questions:
When’s Ben’s birthday?
When’s Jim’s birthday?
What would Ben like as a birthday present?
Students listen to the tape, answer the questions.
Step 4 Pratice and consolidation
1、听录音并模仿对话,熟悉对话内容。
2、学生跟磁带一起朗读,注意语音、语调,并做到流利朗读。
3、解释疑难。
4、随堂练习。
Step 5  Assignment:
1、听A部分录音并跟读2-3遍,并能用自己的语言简单复述对话内容。
2、抄写所划单词、词组和句子三英一汉。
3、预习B、C部分内容。
板书设计:
Unit 2 Ben’s birthday
Day:  Tuesday               What date is it today?
                            It’s ….
Date:  the 20th of May        When’s your birthday?
