如果把AND改成了OR
那么这句话的意思岂不是改变了么？
本来是：Nancy有一个哥哥和一个姐姐
一般疑问句也应该是：Nancy有一个哥哥和一个姐姐吗？
如果变成OR
那么不就成了：Nancy是有一个哥哥还是有一个姐姐呢？

和学生讲and 和or的区别在小学阶段是不是有点为时过早了啊。
