一、教学目标:
1、能正确地听、说、读、写词汇 always,question,ask,mean,must,should.能正确地听、说、读词汇public,sign,cousin,danger,away,bird,cage, make noise.
2、能正确地听、说、读、写句型 What does…mean? It means…
3、能听懂、会说和会读日常交际用语 There are a lot of sings here. They mean different things.
4、能正确地理解、掌握对话内容,并能朗读、初步表演对话。
5、能运用本课所学语言与朋友交流公共场合标志的意义。
二、教学重点:
能正确地理解、掌握对话内容,并能朗读、初步表演对话。
三、教学难点:
能比较流畅的朗读对话,并在掌握对话的基础上,运用本课所学语言与朋友交流公共场合标志的意义。
四、课前准备:
1、教具准备:单词、句型卡片。课文中人物的头像,填空表格(每人一张),设计并制作多媒体教学课件。
2、板书准备:预先写好课题Unit 1 Public signs
五、教学过程:
Step1 Free talk
T: What are we doing now?
S: We are having an English lesson.
T: What should we do ? Look at the public sign.
What does it mean?
S: It means be quiet.
T: So we shouldn’t make noise here.
Step2 Presentation and practice
1 T: Now I want to ask you some questions.Can you answer me ?
  Teach:  ask questions
2 呈现教室场景,引出no littering ,师生对话。
  T: Where are you now?
  S: We are in the classroom.
  T: What does this sign mean ?
  S: It means no littering.
3 呈现医院和危楼,同桌操练对话,询问不同标志的意义,从中引出一些新授单词和短语:stay away from ;在对学生进行评价时,引出always (You alwaysdid good jobs.)
4 揭题:
  T:带读标志 What are they ?
  S: They are public signs.
  T: They mean differernt things.

5 呈现公园场景,师生对话

第三课时(D)
一、教学目标
1、能够非常熟练地说出Part B部分中的关于公共标志的所有单词。
2、能够非常熟练地运用Part C部分中的关于公共标志询问的句型。
3、能听、说、读本单元当中出现的句型:Can I …? Yes, you can. / No, you cant. You should…now. / You shouldn’t …
4、能够熟练回答我们日常生活中常遇见的问句。如:What day is it today? It‘s… What date is it today? It‘s… What‘s the weather like today?    It‘s… What’s the time? It is…
5、能够让学生了解身边汽车、快餐店、服装、交通、电视台等等的图标,也就是说它们的 logo, 要能明白logo的含义,以此来培养学生们的合作精神和对日常生活当中出现的事物的兴趣。

出示Ben和Jack的图片。

S: Public signs!
T: You are so smart, that’s right!
(利用多媒体课件出示公共标志和很多的logo图,图下有该图的序号。)

Step2、Presentation and motivation
1、Pick out the public signs.(学生在练习纸上写上相应标志的序号)
2、Talk about the public signs.

(在此过程中老师引导学生能够运用You should / You shouldn’t…的句型且板书。)
3、Game time: Guessing the public signs.
(1)You can see it in the park. It is usually on the grass.

4、Teach the new sentences.

5、Dills of P10.

S5: Can I watch TV?       S6: No, you can’t. You should read books now.
S7: Can I play computer games? S8: No, you can’t. You should go to bed now.
6、Show the different time and make more long dialogues.
(1)Ask and answer according to the time on the clocks.
T: (出现钟面10:00 a.m.) Excuse me? What time is it?   S: It is …
T: Oh, I see. Can I play football now? S: No, you can’t. You should… now.
(出现第二个钟面p.m.的时间让学生来问老师!)
(2)Let the students write down some time to create authentic dialogues.
(让学生在练习纸上写出1—4个a.m.或p.m.的时间,鼓励其说得越多越好。)
7、Appreciate the left logos.
(欣赏一开始出现却没有谈论到的物品logos,为下面的家庭作业打下基础。)
Step3、Homework
1、编 P18的对话一英一中。
2、互相合作完成剩下的练习第一项,有兴趣的同学弄清它们是什么物品的标志,弄清它们标志代表的含义,了解它们对我们了解社会很有好处哦!
3、认真复习前面教过的部分,以及预习下面将要教的Part E&H部分。
4、憧憬一下未来:如果你有可一个属于你自己的公司,请为你的公司产品设计一个非常漂亮的logo,且用英文描述它的含义!下节课让我们来比一比谁的logo最漂亮,谁的英文表达最棒!

2  能听懂、会说和会读单词和词组suddenly, a note, look around, nearby, quickly, pick up, a keeper, come up, point, fine。
3  会唱歌曲The signs in the park。
二、教学重难点
1、能听懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词和词组take a walk, pick。
2、能熟练地在情景中运用本课所学的句型和日常交际用语。
三、课前准备
1  教具准备:动词词组中英文正反面卡片(take a walk, look around, pick up, come up, point to),多媒体课件。
2  学生准备:事先布置学生预习本课的课文。
3  板书准备:预先写好课题Unit 1 Public signs。
四、教学过程
Step1 Greeting & Free Talk(约4分钟)
(T出示public signs图片)
T: Look at this sign. What does it mean?
Ss: It means…
(T出示答案, Ss核对)
Step2 Presentation(约15分钟)
1、T: Today we’ll go to the park. First, I have a request for you. That is “follow my orders”.  Can you?
    Ss: Yes.
(T出示准备好的动词词组中英文正反面卡片:take a walk, look around, pick up, come up, point to,请一位S上台,看T手中的其中一张卡片做出相应动作)
T(对全班说):What’s he doing? He’s taking a walk. Take a walk, take a walk.(T出示该词组板书,Ss 跟读并做出相应动作。)
(同法教学look around,  pick up, come up, point to)
(T引导Ss说出这些词组,Ss边读边记忆做动作。Ss看屏幕,做连线题,左边是五个英文词组,右边是中文。Ss齐读,T  可请Ss做些造句练习)

第五课时
一、教学目标
    本单元的教学重点是围绕着“公共标志”这个话题展开的各种活动,涉及到很多标志的含义,询问该标志的意义以及给大家的一些建议等等,可以说本单元的话题非常得贴近生活实际;同学们在对话的意义理解上自然不成问题,但是要让他们开口流利地说英文还需要一定的台阶;本课时是本单元的最后一个课时,核心的教学重点就是复习标志的含义,以及询问的对话应答与此同时关注语音的学习,拟针对这一教学目标采用多个任务环环相扣的教学设计实现。
二、教学重点
了解字母ea在单词中的读音。熟练掌握句型以及相关短语。通过学习,培养学生实际运用所学句型的能力和学习英语的浓厚兴趣。
三、教学难点
1 能综合运用句型和短语,并在实际生活中灵活运用.
2 ea字母组合的发音与其他字母组合相同或不同的对比
四、教学准备

五、教学过程
Step1 Sing a song  < The signs in the park>
T: Good morning ,boys and girls.
Ss: Good morning ,teacher.
T: What’s the date today?
   What’s the weather like today?

通过歌曲活跃课堂气氛,也可以让同学们简单的温习一下前面学习的有关标志的内容,与此同时为后面的改歌词唱歌埋下伏笔。

先给出9个图片的背影框,让学生猜会是什么标志,然后用语言描述这样的标志会出现在什么场合,用猜图片的游戏自然的引导学生复习所学的标志语,再运用到实际的情况中,帮助所有同学加深印象,巩固新知。

这个任务的设计是上个环节的深化,因为本单元标志的学习最终的目的就是让同学们会灵活地运用,恰当适时地使用,老师首先为同学做个示范,当然可以把对话内容做适当的补充,然后让每小组自己设计标志,在不同的场景中,设计出适当的标志,最后让小组成员讨论反馈。
