Step1. Warming up
1.        Greeting
T: Hello, boys and girls. I’m Mr Tian, I am your new English teacher today.

2.        Free talk
T: Boys and girls. Look, I have got a new bag.     
Ss:
T: Thank you. Guess, what’s in my bag?

T: look, there’s a songbook. Let’s enjoy a song, OK?   
Ss: OK！   <Twinkle, twinkle, little star> 多媒体呈现。
Step2 Pre-reading
①PPT展示歌曲画面
T: Look, what can you see on the screen?
Ss: stars(帮学生回答)
T: What else can you see in the sky at night?     
Ss: 出现另一张月亮的图片，帮助学生回答出月亮。
T: Good. The moon is in the sky.
板书 moon 教师领读，指名读，开火车读。

③通过摸物猜测来复习巩固句型，单词
T: Now you can touch and guess what’s in the bag?
S1: (摸后猜测)It’s an apple.
T: (拿出事物核对)Good, can you tell me what shape is the apple?
S: It’s a circle.
T: Well done, the apple is for you.
S: Thank you.
通过猜教师包里还有什么学习单词 rectangle,进而学习square.
①T: What’s in my bag? Guess again.     
S: There’s / There are …
T: Look, I have a piece of paper. What shape is it?
Ss: 长方形
  T: Yes, it’s a rectangle.
板书rectangle教师领读，指名读，开火车读。
②用剪刀把纸剪成正方形
T: Is this a rectangle now?
Ss: No, 是正方形。
T: Great, it’s a square.
板书 a square 教师领读，指名读，开火车读。
最后再剪成圆形复习单词circle
Learn “Come to the blackboard and show us how to do it.” 让学生上来剪纸学习句型
T: There’s a rectangle paper .XXX, Can you make a square?
S: Yes, I can.
T: Come to the blackboard and show us how to do it. (招手示意学生到黑板前面去)

设计意图】：用旋律轻快的chant对新授内容进行总结，并且将句型加入其中，加深学生对句型的记忆，让记忆不再是单调、枯燥化。

(游戏规则：两人一组，抽取包里的一样事物，根据所学内容进行自编对话)
Model:　A: What’s that?  B: It’s a rubber.
       A: what shape is the rubber? B: It’s a circle.
