请教: and和with都表示"和某人"时，怎么区分呢？我跟学生说当它们都表示“和某人”时，and在句前，with在句后。有没有更好的解释呢？

and=used to connect words or parts of sentences.项目的列举
with=in the company or presence of sb/sth.伴随

and 是连词,用法如下,**and**,其中**必须是并列成分,如 red and blue ,you and me,sing and dance
with是介词,表示伴随,如with sb.可让学生注意and前后的词必须是并列的

Nancy   and her parents visited the farm last Sunday.
从这两个例句就可看出and 与with差别了。
