It means you shouldn’t …
(2) Exercises: Choose.

c. On the tall building : A. Do not touch  B. Danger
d. At 9:00 pm : A. go to bed  B. watch TV
针对以上，选用We/You should/shouldn’t … 造句。

这两种经常会考同义句转换，所以很多都是能互换的，你所说的第一幅图，我是说：It means 'No climbing'.=It means you shouldn't climb the tree. 第4幅图，我是说：It means 'No photos'.=It means you shouldn't take photos.
